I love Beauty Affairs! Such a wonderful stockiest for haircare, skincare, and beauty products. They have brands I can't find elsewhere. Delivery is so quick, I usually receive my order within 2 day and I live in a country town. The customer service is amazing. Always so prompt and efficient. The customer service team is always so lovely and helpful! Can't fault this company!

I can't say enough good things about Beauty Affairs. I've been a loyal customer now for about three years and can't fault their delivery - it feels like I get VIP Express Post when I just make a regular order. I (now) do a lot of online shopping across the board (clothes, shoes, beauty, etc.) and Beauty Affairs stand out from every other vendor I have shopped with throughout COVID as fast, reliable, and essentially flawless in their supply chain when even the previously-good-ones have slowly fallen victim throughout 2021 to COVID disruptions and delays. Whatever they're doing, it works! I will only shop elsewhere for beauty, cosmetics, and perfume on the odd occasion they don't stock a brand I want, but apart from that, I say: MECCA, who? Sephora, what? ^.^

If you’re having suspicions and questioning the legitimacy of this website, then look no further!!! This was honestly one of the best beauty online retailers I have ever shopped from. Plus YES ITS A LEGIT SITE! I live in NZ and my order was placed, processed and delivered to me in less than 5 days. I absolutely love my items and would definitely be a regular customer. If you shop at Sephora or Mecca then you will definitely love Beauty Affairs!

I love this store. I have ordered so many times in the last few years and have found it has always been a pleasure to shop with them. I love the freebies, discounts and always look forward to my little in the box :) The site is very easy to use and I have found that I have tried so many new brands and have finally found the right hair and skin care that suits me. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I had a very good experience with Lorena from customer support. I was querying the cost of Youngblood mineral makeup on live chat (excellent product by the way) of which I had bought 2. The cost of the item displayed for sale appeared less than the final checkout price. It turned out the sale price was for a particular color but this was unclear on the page. Lorena looked into the discrepancy immediately and after explaining the reason, offed to give me a refund on that particular sale to compensate for the confusion. She was polite and considerate throughout. It’s good to know that such a fabulous Aussie company has such lovely staff!

All Packaging, hardly any cream.

I splurged on this during the Friends & Family sale, and even at the sale price I was annoyed by the fact that this product is all packaging that contains hardly any cream ? not much more than a sample size. I'm deeply disappointed by this purchase. Opening it was like playing a game of Russian dolls. You open the 6" box, then the 4" grey cylinder, then the 2" purple plastic container inside the cylinder, and inside that, there is maybe a 1" wide x .25" deep actual amount of cream inside the much larger purple container. The amount of cream you receive is approximately a quarter of the size of the purple container it comes in. This will last for a handful of applications for a couple of weeks, maybe stretched to a month if you just use the tiniest dot. I can't live without it! I have tried so many almost all the brands eye products on the market, I hate most of them and even the ones I don't hate, but they never do anything positive on me, by the way I do have very sensitive eyes. I felt so frustrated and almost stopped using any eye products until this new saver showed up. It reduces my puffiness, dark circle, and it really lifts and firms my upper eye lids which start to show the sign of aging, dropping. After applying it, I can see my crow's feet is reduced a lot , my eyes look fresher, bigger and brighter. That also becomes a beauty fix for me whenever I feel my eyes look tired and swollen. The best eye serum

I have very sensitive eyes. Almost all the eye products on the market either irritate me, either don't do anything positive on me.I almost stopped using any eye products. But this one with the eye cream is exceptional. It not only doesn't irritate me but also works so effectively on my eye area. My dark circle, crow's feet is reduced a lot. My upper eye lids are more firmed and lifted. My eyes looks more rested, brightened and bigger. I think it does make me look younger and better overall.
