L'Oreal Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Day Cream 50ml

Fortunately I ws given this as a present. The fact that it doesn't have sunscreen didn't worry me, but thought that with the LÓreal name it would have been included in the day cream. For ladies over 50 maybe, for Australian ladies over 60 I would find it hard to recommend. I have been using this cream for just over 3 months, and believe me there is no difference to my skin. I live in Queensland and we have had very hot weather, and just about everywhere you go and at home there is Air-Conditioning, which dries out your skin. There a many cheaper products, some with SPF included, that work just as well. Left me unimpressed.

As with all the L’Oreal products I have used, the writing on the bottles or jars is kept to a minimum while all the instructions and information is printed on the boxes in which the jars or bottles are packaged. \n \nThe day cream is butter coloured, creamy and quite thick for a day cream. The sweet, floral fragrance is not too strong and does not linger. The addition of Manuka honey and calcium B5 help to repair the skin barrier function, restore skin density and support skin tone. \n \nWhen I apply the rich repairing day cream in a circular motion all over my face, the cream absorbs quite well even though it takes a bit more effort to work the day cream into my skin. However, this becomes easier as the days go on. It’s important to me that a day cream doesn’t impact on the foundation I am using and although I use a primer and wait for each product to dry before applying the next, I have found that a BB cream works better than a liquid foundation with this day cream. \n \nMy skin is looking radiant, plump and firm but I wouldn’t shout to the rooftops that my wrinkles have dissolved but maybe my skin is slightly de-crinkled and with continued use perhaps this will improve, but my skin definitely looks firm and healthy. \n\nI think, because the Rich Repairing Day Cream is so thick, I will use this during the cooler months when my skin needs a richer moisturiser. I have no hesitation in recommending this day cream to anyone with dry, mature skin. \n \n

Fantastic product

I have been an advert fan of L'oreal for a long time. As I get older L"oreal seems to bring out new products to help with my ageing skin. I am 69 and have hardly any wrinkles on my face. I will always use L"oreal. Because i"m worth it

Good hydration and skin softening

I purchased this a month or so again after looking for a new 'post 60 sudden sagging skin' product regimen. There has been some minimal improvement mostly to do with hydration which is a large part of the equation when one's hormones take a back step.I will give the entire regimen a chance to do what it is designed to do.

I have very dry skin and this is the perfect product to rehydrate and restore my skin to being soft and nourished. Highly recommend if you have dry skin

I love the dreamy light way this product melts on my skin. No need for an eye cream either, all of my face adores Intense Nutrition. I will use this product for years to come so please L’Oréal never take it off the market or change the recipe. I just love it ❤️

Manuka Marvel

Great moisturiser for mature skin. Takes away dry feeling and absorbs into the skin quickly.

Quite effective cream

Found this cream to be very thick to use. However, does seem to moisturize quite well. Might be better used in winter when a more intense cream is needed. Would not purchase again. Find other L'Oreal products much better.

So Smooth

Bought in conjuction with other products in this range, this is so smooth and absorbs easily. Smells yummy and is great for your skin. Best range L'Oreal for the older woman who wants to care for their skin and prevent wrinkles!!
