Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme Le Parfum Spray 100ml

This beautifully woody and aromatic fragrance has such a well rounded and blended scent. Every time I put it on I just linger in the aroma while I can. However, it’s nothing but a skin scent within just a few hours. The performance is quite bad, but the smell is so good that it makes it worth having a bottle.

This is very good. It isn't as good as YSL Y EDP but it is worth trying. The atomizer is great and it lasts longer than the L'Homme EDT and EDP. To test it, I sprayed it on myself from the tester at Ulta and ended up buying it a few hours later. I debated Y Le Parfum or this one. I think Y EDP is better than Y Le Parfum. But, I like L'HOMME Le Parfum better than the others in the same line. In any case, this isn't Earth shattering but it is a solid cologne and a nice addition if you have a lot of cologne. If you only have a few, YSL Y EDP would be a better choice.

🌊🪵🍋. This fragrance plays in the very “now” (safe) tendency. The opening is FRESH and leveling up the AQUATIC notes. It has a delicate FLORAL and a tender CITRUS nuance. Throughout its development the WOODS feels very powerful. I also get a DETERGENT-ish vibe (white clean sheets) Extremely versatile for any use from office, gym and perfect for an afternoon shower. A Wonderful Scent

I've been using L'Homme Eau de Parfum for several years and thought I would try Le Parfum. I love both of them now. Le Perfume seems to have a "fresher," more sporty fragrance and I will use it for daytime wear. L'Eau de Parfum will still be my favorite for nights out with my wife.

A lot of compliments

I get a lot of compliments on this cologne. At the optometrist office an employee that didn’t even work with me stopped in the room to ask me what I was wearing. At a party I hugged the birthday girl and she made sure to ask me what I was wearing so that she can get it for her husband. An old friend hopped in my car and in the middle of saying hello.. she stopped and was like .. “YOU SMELL GOOD!” What is that?!?”… definitely is at the top of my favorite YSL fragrances.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND UNDERRATED

an absolute masterpiece. When i first apply it, I like it, but I dont love it. But after about 15 minutes, a dry, masculine cedar note becomes prominent and it works so well with the amberwood, geranium, and cardamom. It smells sexy and masculine. This is woody, spicy, sweet, masculine, and modern. Great for any occasion. Make sure to try this on skin and give it time to develop. I hope this doesn't get discontinued any time soon

Decent scent, but nowhere near th original

This is a decent scent, but not won over. Got it as it was a BOGO free offer. Though nice, a little too soapy scented for me. Really wish YSL would just bring back the original. Nothing comes close in comparison to the original.

Smells Great. Wish it Lasted Longer

When I think of a Parfum, I think strong and long lasting. As far as performance goes, this is more along the lines of an EDT with about 1-2 hours of longevity. Less longevity is not something I want if I'm spending more on a Parfum, and this would be a deal breaker for most when La Nuit De L'Homme can be used instead.Smell wise, I enjoy this quite a bit. It's not an overpowering scent and is subtle after the dry down. The main notes I can pick up are lemon, wood, and cardamom, which works well for the Spring and upcoming Summer Season.This is more of a "Blue" fragrance, and it is more refined than say a Versace Dylan Blue. If you are able to get this at or a little above the Dylan Blue price, I'd recommend going for this instead.

Totally unnecessary!

This is SO different from the Original La Nuit De L'homme. This one feels rushed, it feels like a quick money maker. Not much thought has gone into it! Very boring and not worth it in my opinion. This smells like any other designer fragrance, it's boring! And again is SO SO different from what La Nuit De L'homme is. Performance on me is very weak too considering the "Le Parfum".Recommendation:I'd go for La Nuit De L'homme Bleu Electrique! That is the closest you'll get to the classic and amazing La Nuit De L'homme from 2009-2010. I have a 2012 batch and La Nuit De L'homme. And Bleu Electrique is literally 95% identical. Even buying the original La Nuit De L'homme today won't smell as similar due to the many reformulations. Bleu Electrique is your GO TO!

Ysl has changed

Ysl creates great scents that fall short everywhere else. This smells like an everage fresh scent that the masses will probably enjoy. The problem is that it disappears after 3 hours or so. There is also no projection at all. I have the same problem with the standard lhomme also. They are both skin scents.I am not sure what ysl is doing with these new formulations and flankers. I have returned them both. The only ysl that I am happy with recently is la nuit de lhomme.
