im quite undecided on this product? technically it should be great for barrier healing bc of it's occlusiveness (it forms a nice occlusive film on my skin after application), but my skin got itchy & red after using for a few days. didn't dare to put it on my face after it failed my patch testing. it might work for others & i think it might be a suitable product for slugging, but not for me i guess

I have a large tub and use this small robe for travelling and in my handbag. It is a beautiful long lasting cream that has deeply hydrating properties whilst leaving your skin clean and soft yo the touch. I use all over - including on my face - to lock in moisture and calm irritation. It is ideal to use after serum, a sheet mask, or applying Tretinoin (retinol). it also helps to heal minor cuts and burns. There are no frangraces and the scent is mild and clean, no clashing with perfumes.

This cream is just awesome. I like to use it as the last step in my nighttime routine to seal in all my skincare. I wake up in the morning with plump and soft skin. I love it so much. I use it as a lip mask at night and around the eye area to help seal in the moisture. I haven't touched my Vaseline jar since I got this. It is fragrance-free but has a hint of a pleasant scent that does not irritate my very sensitive skin. I will definitely be buying more. It's a bit pricey but totally worth it for me.

I feel that this cream keeps a lot of moisture. It's sticky for a while when applied, but it protects it from drying out, so I can forgive it. After a while, the stickiness will subside and you will be moisturized. I plan to buy it again, because this cream does not allow the retinol or tretinoin cream to migrate into sensitive places.
This cream is a must-have if you use tretinoin. First time I used it, it was after being a bit careless and damaging my skin barrier, triggering perioral dermatitis. I applied this over the affected areas and within 2-3 days the perioral dermatitis was gone, no more irritation and no dryness. I also use it as a barrier on my nostrils (which tend to peel when I'm using tret) and over my lips, and it's been a saviour. No dryness or irritation. And finally, it's great for a little TLC in the dryer months, or if you've gone too far and your skin is a bit angry at you.
I had high hopes for this cream, but it's just okay. It can feel greasy at first on the skin, but easily wipes off. Its not terribly moisturizing either. More...softening? I feel like you're better off just using Vaseline if you're looking for an occulsive, and I felt like I got a few more blackheads when I was using this. Idk.
I am over 50 with sensitive, dry, aging, acne-prone skin. Since using tretinoin and Ceramiaid, my skin has been on point! It really locks in moisture and keeps my skin from over-drying due to the use of tretinoin. It's one of the few products I can use without irritating my skin. I have repurchased this 5 times now and don't ever see myself stopping! Here's pictures of my skin a year ago and today.
At first I was scared that it will cause breakouts - it's so thick and greasy and the smell is a bit unpleasant too. Gladly it didn't do any harm, instead it locks in moisture and my skin in plump and soft in the morning. I use it at night after my retinal cream. It's definitely not for daytime use because it leaves a shiny layer on the skin, so be aware of that.
this truly is a Vaseline with ceramides and amino acids cream. it's more of a cream than an ointment texturally, but still has some Vaseline consistency there. it's somewhat heavy, but a thin layer applied absorbs in nicely. definitely a cream for winter usage or dry skin. I found it really soothing and helped my skin feel smoother. overall it's basic, but I a good way. I would say it's a good old reliable type of moisturizer. one tip I have is to warm it up with your fingers then apply. it's not a thin, easily applied type of cream.
