It’s a really nice TV, just a few minor flaws…Picture quality is awesome!USB ports are virtually inaccessible when mounted on a wall. Almost at the middle of the back of the TV.ANNOYING Google TV promotion thing keeps popping up - don’t know how to turn it off.Remote (which is IR AND Bluetooth) refuses to pair.Instructions need to include how to pair when NOT going through first boot AND how to turn off annoying Google TV box that keeps popping up on the left hand of the screen.

Brought the TV a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the performance. The delivery was seamless and quick. The setup was easy and straightforward. Had a bit of an issue connecting the remote to the TV bluetooth but eventually worked it out. The screen is gorgeous with deep blacks and vibrant colors. The HDR content really shines with this TV. The audio is a bit low but manageable with external speaker setup. A good purchase for the price in my opinion.

I am so happy with this TV, it has an amazing quality picture with the 4K QLED display, Dolby vision, and HDR, plus the excellent contrast and refresh rate. The colors are vivid and the screen is the perfect level, I didn't need to adjust anything. The sound is brilliant for built in speakers also. The Google TV smart features are brilliant also, I prefer this over the standard smart TV or android TV features. Setup was a breeze via the Google home app on my mobile and it is simple to control with it also. The amount of apps available on the Google TV play store is excellent, essentially everything available on Google Play including Apple TV to watch movies I have purchased through iTunes. Everything is totally customizable on the TV home screen to how I want it and ... I bought this TV and the slimline Kogan TV mountMy power point and TV antenna point are just normal points that sit on the wall, so I had to use the spacers for the TV mount to bring it out a bit further to be able to plug in the TV. If I had the recessed power outlet then this wouldn't have been necessary, but I hadn't really thought about it.I also had to cut off the bottom of the TV mounts otherwise you can see them protrude out from the bottom of the TV. I used a grinder and just cut them. Not everyone will have a grinder handy I guess. The VESA mounting points on this TV are at the bottom, not vertically centred.Now that's been said, I need to be clear that this TV is fantastic. It's very clear. Very easy to use and looks great. The picture quality is really good, maybe even better then expected in a light but not bright room. The feet are quite wide which was clearly indicated in the specs so it was known that it would fit on the TV stand but they are not quite high enough for the matching Kogan sound bar which blocks the remote sensor. A table stand, wall mount or mounting the sound bar above the TV may be required. The guide is a bit vague, the instructions for the TV and sound bar failed allow the sound bar to connect. Eventually playing with the settings got it to work. Channels & Inputs/Inputs - HDMI control on, Device auto power off, on, TV auto power on, on, and HDMI version set to auto. The TV remote now controls sound bar on, off and volume through the HDMI eARC.

Sadly I was wrong.Don't get me totally wrong, I do rate it as a good picture, but alas that's where it ends.I run Sonos speakers/Soundbar, which runs via the optical link, which the TV had, only problem there is no control on the TV /menu to adjust the volume, hence, I have to get up and manually do it on the sound bar, my old TV had that function, but not the Kogan.I also use studio Beats headphones sometimes, which will Bluetooth connect with the TV.....sometimes, when the TV feels like it. It gets that bad trying to connect at times, that I actually have to go to the Bluetooth menu and pair them yet AGAIN. Also streaming can become quite painful, as ... Poor quality picture for free to air TV but not bad on high definition Netflix streaming.My 15 year old Toshiba Regza 1080p set gives a clearer picture.I would describe the picture as "washed out" with no clarity.I have made all the possible adjustments to get a clearer picture but still not happy!I guess you get what you pay for!Would NOT recommend this TV to anyone.I would send it back for a refund if possible.Next time I will be more discerning when I buy a replacement set maybe OLED or QLED but not just 4K Kogan.

Occasionally, picture 'freezes' but then catches up with itself - have never experienced this on my 10 year old Samsung digital and reception is pretty good.I expected there to be a programmable EPG, which I have always enjoyed on older TVs, but it was surprisingly absent. The EPG is almost useless as it fumbles between shaded areas of active and upcoming shows but does accurately reveal their correct ie regional timeslots. My last Samsung had no problems doing this, so a little bit unimpressed.Some of the time-saving features actually waste a lot of time as you constantly switch screens to make customised changes, but ... I bought a Kogan TV about 4.5 years ago (49" Agora Smart 4K LED TV (Series 9 MU9000) it was the worst TV ever, i hated it from day dot, it lagged, sound was horrible, the smart features didn't work and it was not 4k like it said. I tried to contact Kogan re this but kept getting a generic response, & read issues of the same thing for other ppl. A month ago the screen broke. i contacted Kogan who advised it wasn't covered under the voluntary warranty which i had to send my invoice and show that i had paid for the 5 year extra warranty. They then agreed to proceed to process the warranty etc. Somone collected and i got my money i paid for the TV on Kogan credit in my account. I really didn't want to buy another Kogan TV but read lots of reviews until i found one that ...
