If you appreciate good quality tools , some thing you know will do the job its designed for and you will enjoy doing the job well with it. then you will fully appreciate these . they are somewhere between vice grips, pump pliers, and adjustable spanner. They grip and hold without marking soft plumbing fittings , They can hold a nut tightly unlike an adjustable spanner, but without the hassle of vice grips . They are not cheep, but worth it. I brought a pair to try, and will now get the full set.

Much better than an adjustable for doing up compression fittings ,bicycle wheels etc for domestic plumbing the ideal size is the 250mm Match it with the 250 knipex cobra and you are using the best tools for the job. This new version is way better than mk 1 it has lost quite a bit of weight the old one was a bit top heavy..

Wish I had bought one of these years ago, quite expensive but well worth it as securely and quickly grips onto bolt so very handy to have in the toolbox as saves searching for the correct size spanner. Feels very study and well made but still wont risk abusing it too much due to the pricetag!
Bought along with another size and well worth the money. I have replaced a large selection of spanners which I always carried around.

hey are an expensive item but well worth the investment. They are a bridge between a pair of grips and an adjustable spanner. Truly swift and effective. Monstrously strong grip.
The knipex pliers wrench are one of the best tools I have bought. They grip far better than other tools I have used. The pliers are exceptionally well designed and comfortable to use. The smooth jaws prevent fittings being marked.
These are expensive, but you can feel the quality. They work extremely well and are less prone to slipping than an adjustable wrench. A top tool.
This is a great product. It can be used as conventional multi grip pliers or fit any hex nut or bolt.. You can get significant pressure on the bolt or nut thanks to the design of this tool.. It is an addition to your tool box rather than a replacement for another tool like an adjustable wrench. I think the design would be improved if the jaws of this tool were serrated.
