The angle of the grip is a little higher than I wanted, but it does help when using the mouse with the left hand. The most interesting feature is that you don't have to switch the button orientation for using this.

Compared to mice from MS or Logitech, this one drains the battery quite quickly.

Got this for my left handed husband for work! He LOVES it! He said it fits his hand perfectly!
Huge improvement over using a conventional mouse left-handed. Keeps my wrist in a comfortable, neutral position. Only downside is the USB fob does not work with my Kensington wireless keyboard (which came with the right-handed ergo mouse--no choice, which was dumb), so I am occupying two USB ports for two fobs.
I am using both this left-handed Kensington mouse and a right-handed one together. This setup really makes sense not only healing my right hand but during the cases I have to use my right hand for something like holding a cup or having some cookies. Kensington mouse is stable and just a good one!
I was starting to develop carpal tunnel from all this working at home. An ergonomic expert recommended this mouse, and I love it! It's much more comfortable and the buttons are very responsive.
I've purchased two of these because I like the fit in my small hand. I had to return the first to get a properly working one and it lasted two months. I bought a second and it lasted two months as well. While working it wasn't spot on... sometimes I had to give the mouse a shake so it could catch up with my hand but I drafting (not gaming) so it didn't really matter for me. This is the third brand I've tried. Jelly Comb lasted 6 months so I think I'll go back to that one.
This mouse keeps my hand and wrist from hurting because it lets them stay in handshake position instead of rotating inward as happens with a normal mouse. I can't believe it is so reasonably priced compared to ergonomic mice from other brands yet has everything I need. There's a place for my thumb to rest, while the forefinger and middle finger naturally rest on either side of the wheel where they can press the left and right "buttons" down without moving, while allowing either finger to roll the wheel (hint: Windows 10 allows you to change how far a roll of the wheel scrolls the screen, under Control Panel => Hardware and Sound => Devices and Printer => Mouse). The only downside is that it forces my hand to stay relaxed, which if you're control freak as I tend to ... The only downside is that it forces my hand to stay relaxed, which if you're control freak as I tend to be does not come naturally. I catch myself gripping the mouse tightly with the thumb lower than it should be and have to remind myself to relax and reposition my thumb. That's user error, not the fault of the mouse.
When using it sometimes it gets stuck and the mouse freezes.
