Coco Pops are a definite hit in my household. The light crispy rice puffs have a chocolate coating which turns the milk chocolatey. They have lowered the sugar content which is great from a nutritional perspective, however it does mean they do not taste as chocolatey as I remember, although I think it was they right decision nutritionally. Rice based cereals are not at filling as wheat or oats, but are definitely enjoyable.

Kelloggs a brand we all know. Now I'm not one for snubbing cheaper alternatives, anything to save a bit of money right? But nothing beats Kelloggs when it comes to coco pops. Known as being a breakfast food, but sometimes late at night when your just about to pop a film on, you can't beat a bowl of coco pops. Both me and my son are a fan of coco pops so this didn't last long in my house. My sons favourite part is drinking the milk after it has turned a lovely chocolate flavour. Comfort food at its finest. It's Quick and filling before we both dash out in a Morning to start our day.

I was lucky enough to receive these Kellogs coco loops for free in return I have to give my honest opinion of them. 2 of my kids love coco pops, so we're more than happy to give the coco loops a try. They both loved the milk, turning to chocolate flavour they used their favourite bowls, meaning they could drink the milk. I was excited to try these with my daughter but we were a bit underwhelmed. It has a strong chocolate flavour similar to dark chocolate (not my personal favourite) and doesn't taste like the coco pops we're used to. My daughter gave a"thumbs in the middle" score meaning she'd have it again but it's not her favourite. It was very crunchy and filling so thats definitely a positive. We found it only slightly made the milk chocolatey compared with pops. I wouldn't be in a rush to have these again but I didn't dislike them. If you like strong chocolate and crunchy cereal then this would be good for you but not sure it would be a usual in our household.

We hardly eat cereal in my house and gosh I honestly didnt think one family size box would finish in just 2 days 😂😂. I literally had to go out and buy a few more as thats how much my kids loved it. My daughter who doesnt drink milk at all and when it comes to cereals she has it as s snack. She really loved these without milk whereas my sons have these coco loops with milk and love turning the milk in chocolate milk. These are a delicious and definitely recommend and I will be buying until my children get bored😂

Coco loops

Excellent design on the box it really grabbed my children's attention,plenty of portions to go around with the 285g box. The cereal it's self was kept fresh in the inner packaging and stayed fresh once opened. The loops were a good size for smaller children and had really crunchy consistency which made them perfect as a dry snack. Once the milk was added they did soften up easily and turned the milk chocolate coloured. Although the chocolate flavoured hoops were delicious the did lack in flavour. I don't think they were chocolaty enough and just tasted rather sweet. However my children couldn't resist.

Healthy and delicious

Kellogs' Coco Pops Original Céréales are great for breakfast. Despote being chocolaty I find them quite healthy and they are really tasty. The milk gradually turns chocolaty and by the end you can drink every drop so there's no waste. The packaging is attractive and provide some good information I particularly like the info at the back to start the day well and get active in the morning. My daughter lives them which makes breakfast easy

That chocolatey taste is still as great as it was when I was young, and it makes for a great breakfast treat.Sometimes it's worth just buying a supermarket own brand cereal alternative, but nothing beats the original Coco Pops. They seep so much more chocolate flavour into the milk than any other brand, and they have a much better texture and crunch than the rest!
