It’s cute and boils water. But bottom part is very light plastic which feels very tacky and cheaply made. Also, when you open the lid, water drops everywhere. But hey, it’s very cute and retro !

Good looking kettle. Handle and knob and base are plastic - a bit disappointing. Placement ofHandle in relation to water level indicator makes viewing water level a bit difficult. Boils well. Not loud. Great colour.

I bought it some time ago and couldn't be happier with my purchase. It works flawlessly and looks gorgeous. Using it every day for more than a year, there are no cosmetic or technical flaws. Would definitely recommend buying it.
We are thrilled with our new De’Longhi kettle. Not only is it a stylish and attractive addition to our new kitchen, but it boils quickly, is easy to manage and pours well. The sturdy power base adds to its safe operation.
So good I purchased it again. First time I purchased this kettle was 2013 and only now has the paint started to come off. I don't need a new kettle as the old one works perfectly, I want a new kettle. Looking around I couldn't find anything even close to the design I liked and therefor I decided to not change things. This kettle is so lovely that I treated myself to it again. Recommend :)
I have already owned an olive green DeLonghi kettle, together with matchingStyl DeLonghi toaster and various other items in same colour for kitchen. I have also bought a black DeLonghi kettle for the breakfast room at a much reduced price, but I had to pay close to the standard price for the olive green as it is the most popular. They are not cheap so I would recommend getting a three year guarantee if such is offered. This particular model of kettle is not repairable but if it is within guarantee, the company will send you back a new kettle if you show receipt and guarantee as proof of cover. My original kettle lasted just over three years but I missed it in my kitchen and decided to pay out for another one. Enjoy it!
Cute vintage kettle, got it on sale, heats water up effectively however, when pouring water, comes out moderately slow and slight spill through lid, nil noise when water has been heated. Overall nice kettle
