I wish I had properly researched this brand before buying. Apparently any negative review is removed from their own website. Reddit and productreview.com.au are full of reviews from people detailing their reaction to these tablets, some serious. For me they caused insomnia, hot flushes, nausea and headaches. There was no difference to hair growth or energy whatsoever. I stopped taking and returned the tablets. I would not recommend at all.

I absolutely love this product my hair feels amazing. I had some thinning in the front of my head and have had it since High school which has been years. I've been taking these supplements for about 4 months now and have noticed a significant difference in my hair even after 1 month there was some chamge but now my hair is growing back in. Paird with the shampoo and conditioner my hair just feels healthy and soft. I have gotten so many compliments. Even my hair stylist noticed a difference and complimented me on it. So glad I found these.

I just started using the product a month ago and have already noticed a difference. Once I stopped taking my birth control my hair completely thinned out and was difficult to style. It really effected both my hair and skin. My hair feels and looks so much healthier, I even have new growth coming in around my hairline.
