I have been a customer of Jo Malone since 2001 and never had cause to complain. Aid & Bergamot intense is currently my favourite fragrance and have been using it for a couple of years. Unfortunately my recent purchase is very disappointing. The fragrance is much weaker andI can hardly smell it. Within minutes Neither myself or friends can smell it on my body. I used to be able to smell it on my clothes days after I had worn them but there is obviously a problem with your manufacturing as this fragrance is definitely not fit for purpose. You have significantly increased the price and not maintained the quality of your product. I am very disappointed as my bottle of cologne is a waste of money

My visit to John Lewis and chat with the welcoming Jo Malone sales representative, was a pleasurable experience regardless of the COVID19 restrictions in place.I was gifted samples of my favourite fragrances which was excellent because scent is a personal thing and I believe that you really have to wear perfume and let it develop on your skin. I love this stuff. I like it in the way that I like Philosophy Amazing Grace, another very popular fragrance. Sometimes I just like a soft powdery musky fragrance. This is one of those. It smells feminine with a slight hint of cardamom, one of my olfactory weaknesses, and florals. There have been times when my backyard reminded me of this scent because we have freesia and peonies. This scent claims to have these two notes and I believe it. I can identify them in this blend. But, mainly what really stands out, the cardamom and florals are there but not the show stealers, is the clean white musk smell and the slight warm sweetness of vanilla. This comes across as a powdery fresh scent, I guess because of the huge amounts of white musk. This isnt a mindblowing ... MoreI love this stuff. The fragrance is so perfect! Bought it for my mother’s birthday. And the whole purchase expensive was above & beyond! Called in store to place fragrance on hold & came to pick up same day. Dana the sales representative who assisted me the whole way through, went above and beyond! From spraying the wrapping paper with same scent to wrapping the perfect birthday box with beautiful ribbon! Such little details mean so much! I don’t reside in Portland so I highly dislike coming down here but if I ever need to visit again, would definitely recommend Dana from Nordstrom. Thank you much:)
The first time I smelled it, I was transported to tropical paradise. I got as a present. I have been searching for all scents jasmine, especially the sambac variety, but I have never found anything close to the flower scent I always remember inn my youth. I live this scent! It is strong, so you only need a few sprays and it lasts for a long time. I liked it so much that even if I barely used by first bottle, I bought it when I saw it was on sale At Nordstrom’s. Please do not discontinue this scent, or I will be heartbroken. I will keep on buying it. I highly recommend!
