I changed to these probiotics thinking they would be better for me than the ordinary capsules.I break the capsules open to take them, and noticed a difference in the consistency and taste whichmade me question whether the bacteria was active.I tested several of the capsules in a small amount of milk, after 48hours there was no separation of the milkwhich would indicate the bacteria was inactive.I shall not ever buy this brand again.
