These Hydralyte ice blocks had a pleasant taste and were effective at replenishing fluids. Wonderfully convenient and ideal to freeze, I would happily recommend to others.
Always keep this in the freezer, with a toddler in the house one never knows when gastro may strike...!!!

These are a fave in our house and my son even looks to them as a treat so when it’s hot and he wants an icy pole, I give him one of these. At least I know he’s keeping hydrated!
Great product really helps with dehydration symptoms
This product fills a gap in my dietary needs. It is not junk food. It is sweetened by glucose which I can tolerate. Especially good after a heavy work, sweating, or during illness. I tend to have one a day.
An excellent cooling re hydration ice block, mild & refreshing flavour, and quickly replenishes energy on a hot summers day.
I think hydrolyte is an important supplement to take to prevent yourself from dehydration espeiclaly when sick.
