My biggest gripe with consumer quality printers is the cost of ink. I know that manufacturers are willing to take a loss on the printer price because the machines will only accept their ink cartridges and that is where they make their money. Well if I don't have to play that game I won't. However, third party cartridge refills are the answer only if they don't damage the printer by clogging up the print head. The quality control of this cartridge seems to be up to the task. I have had no problem with these cartridges and intend to order them again. Pros: Print quality including color is indistinguishable from the manufacturer supplied cartridges. Cons: The ink level chip cannot be reset so the remaining ink indicator does not work. Product shipped fast. Haven't used yet. Curious if toner will function being that it is several years past it's "best by" date. Price was right but satisfaction remains to be seen. Can't recommend right now!

I have been purchasing my Genuine HP ink cartridges on Ebay for years. The prices can't be beat at the retail stores. When I see I will be needing ink cartridges, I check out the items available. I always find great deals and usually the shipping is free!

I was gratefully surprised to find such a wonderful deal. I am very pleased with my purchase! I received 5 individually sealed, Genuine HP XL cartridges at less than half the cost of my other shopping sites. If, at first, print quality is poor, make sure to run the "Clean Printhead" Tool. You may need to run it several times. When I first installed the cartridges I had VERY poor print quality. I was afraid I had received bad cartridges BUT, after running the "Clean Printhead" Tool several times I had perfect color prints.
My Ink cartridge was broken right out of the box. Now I have to make a trip into the store to try to get it replaced. I have never had a problem with Sam’s Club. This is probably an HP problem.
I have a HP Photosmart Premium printer/scanner/copier and absolutely love it. The HP inks are the only ones I will ever use because of their high quality, especially when printing color photographs. This cartridge prints a "true" black and also prints grayscale documents perfectly. The XL cartridges are the best value, especially when you get them here on ebay. Thank you!
This item is exactly the real thing and good as is described. I will buy it again as long as I retained the printer.
I bought this ink because it was XL and suppose to last longer. I put it in my printer and it said there was no ink. My printer was old so I bought a new printer thinking my old one was no good . I put the ink in my new printer and it said the cartridges were empty. I never printed a single page with these cartridges. I returned them .
I absolutely love this ink. My 5510-all-in-one Photosmart HP Printer does everything for me. Scan, print, and does everything wirelessly! And the ink that goes with it, amazing. Although HP does a bad job of filling their ink cartridges all the way up, their ink is the highest in its class. The pictures I print come out crisp, clean, and look just like the photograph. It's very high definition and precise ink that is used and it is worth every penny.
My advice is to put on nitrile gloves when you open the cartridges as some ink will flow out. lay them on some cardboard and wipe off with rubbing alcohol and put them in after about 3 hours and work fine. If it were not for the price 2 star but since your getting $80 worth of ink for $12 then it's worth a little hassle. I give it a good strong 4.
