Great easy to fit and no leaks,Bad design of the reel as it cuts the hose at the bottom exit which is why I needed new one. Needs a grommet or something to stop hard plastic doing this I put spiral wrap on my new one 👍

My hubby bought the 10m Holman hose reel for me for under our pergola. I have lots of little hanging baskets that need daily attention. He had it set up within the hour and ready for me to use straight away. It’s super easy to pull out and retract back. Highly Recommend.
So average it’s not funny. Water leaks everywhere from the tap and hose connector. I read the negative reviews and thought oh maybe I’ll get lucky and it won’t be my one. Stay away I say. Hard to find a good hose reel to be honest. Doesn’t really retract either.
Bought 1 month ago.The mechanism to thread the hose on retraction cross threaded itself after only a few uses.Having seen reviews AFTER purchasing, it seems that the plastic mechanism has an inherent design fault - I saw many reviews quoting the same fault.Bunnings refunded without question.
Yes, same experience as others. After the first couple of uses the tree wind mechanism just fails. Don't get this product - is my advice.
This is an excellent small space retractable hose reel. Especially easy to use as an older person. It doesn’t have a violent retracting action which is really appreciated. Would recommend
When I ordered this part, didn't say it's 12mm or 18mm size for hose end.So basically I ordered wrong one. Which didn't work.They should show more details when people order online.Now I have to find the other option to fix the hose reel.Thank.
I do not use the whole length of 10meters. It does not retract and watch several YouTube or I could fix it
