Unfortunately, despite daily long term use it did not work for constipation. I read it can also help with immune system but I'm not sure I saw benefit from these. Appreciate the clean ingredients and responsible sourcing along with the glass bottle. I like this company.

all indian top quality ingredients to get your bowl moving. always with me on holidays, just in case I'm blocked up and recommended by my oncologist. I take 1 tablet before bedtime and can be sure I will go to the toilet. the taste is a a bit rough without coating and the size might be a little to large for sensitive people. I found when I concentrate on the 1 tablet its not a problem at all and outweighs the absolutions stunning benefit. therefor 5 stars
