Stirdy and stable, does a good job for what I need. Placed on the balcony of my apartment

Compact to the wall and out of the way when not in use. So easy to pull out and clip to fence/bracket. Having the four lines is great for the washing and the lever to tighten the line is easy to use too. Love it.

I bought my Dune 4 a few years ago, and it has been faultless. Very easy to install. My only problem was getting a suitable bracket to attached the lines to when extended, but managed to re-use a previous bracket.

Its a clothesline and works as a clothesline. Tensioning is good. Installation is easy. Its as described. Its a Hills and retracts. Its a Hills retracting clothesline.
The first of these clotheslines which I bought lasted only about 2 years until the retracting mechanism failed. Then the second did the same, also lasting about 2 years.
Have had this for a few weeks now and when it’s in either lock position, the lines sag dramatically! My neighbours have the exact same model (which is why I bought it) and theirs performs perfectly. I’m very disappointed.
The Hills retractable is well made and works as stated. I have it under my verandah and use it if the weather is not suitable for my outside clothes line. It is perfect for my situation as I can retract it out of the way when not needed. I have used it with 3 lines full and there is no sagging, the tension holds up well
Had a Hills retractible line for 30 years and no problems. Replaced it with new one and it is hopeless. Impossible to tension it enough to stop sheets dropping to ground. Old one was easy to tension. With new design it is impossible to get enough tension on lines.
Lines won't tighten enough. Can barely hang out 1 load of washing without it sagging alot. Disappointing.
Installed wall to wall. Doesn’t say it on the box, but it came with an attachment to hook the extended line onto. Bunnings rep told me I need to buy a hook which I did. Fairly simply to install into break. Dyna bolts for other wall attachment is overkill..I just used wall plugs and screws. Fantastic option for undercover washing line!
