Absolutely fabulous!! I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm getting married in 2 years time and wanted my hair to be longer and stronger for the big day.I've been using these vitamins every day for 2 months now and already noticing an improvement in my hair condition. I've just stocked up with more in the BOGOF sale. They also taste really nice. I've just brought myself the shampoo and conditioner to try.Highly recommended these vitamins!!

I have held off writing this review for the three months for the gummies to take affect. Here’s my findings month one I noticed my nails start to grow stronger and longer but felt a bit brittle to start that may have been due to a number of things that I had been doing namely using bleach as I was cleaning something using this so that could have been the problem. Not noticeable difference in hair length or strength although I did notice less hair in the brush after brushing.Second month hair had become shinier for sure and looked in better condition. I also dyed my hair back to my natural colour (getting rid of old low lights) again less hair in the shower and brush, I also noticed a bald spot that I had (whole reason for purchasing these) had started to grow in ... After using these for 3 months I was getting so many comments about how long my hair was getting. They definitely work! However I had also been really suffering with skin texture and breakouts. I thought this was just adult acne, got a prescription from the GP and carried on...until I noticed that one week I accidentally stopped taking these vitamins, my skin completely cleared! I did some googling and saw that biotin can be a major acne trigger. To test my theory, I started taking them again and much to my surprise, the breakouts came back. I've now decided to go cold turkey and literally within a week my skin is the clearest it's been in months. Each product I've tried I've taken for a minimum of 3 months to give them time to see if they do anything. Had this just under 4 weeks and I'm already seeing results. Not only for my hair but my skin aswel, even my nails 😊 am very pleased. I resently lost my thumb nail due to accidentally smashing it shut in car door and I'm amazed how fast it regrown back even better than expected. My hair was damaged by constantly bleaching it so had snapped ends but my hair has now sorted it self out with the help of these beauty's!! Would definitely recommend. I’ve been taking the chewable tablets for about 4 months now and have shared the word on how much these have worked. I have never managers to throw my hair past a certain length and now my hair is longer than ever before. I have no split ends, I had a lot around the face line where I could pull & split them more, there is now no more. My hair is stronger, fuller, I used to loose a lot of hair when showering, & have noticed significantly there isn’t as much. I love telling people when they compliment my hair.So easy to take, taste delicious and are the miracle jellies that work.Would love to see the packaging colours reinvented, would like neutral colour palette (especially shampoo & conditioner) would look lovely in the shower.
I've been taking these for almost two months now and over the past 2 weeks I've realised that these are the cause of my morning nausea. I feel so sick after taking the vitamins. I also haven't noticed any difference in my hair, if anything it feels drier than usual and now I'm using oils to try and improve the condition. I’ve been looking at these for a while, with various influencers using them. I had noticed with my hair that each time I washed it in particular that I was shedding a lot of hair for me. I put this down to the menopause and decided that I needed to do something about it as it wasn’t going to stop overnight!!! Admittedly I have very thick hair and this hasn’t ever been noticeable before. I took the plunge 6 months ago to try these and I can honestly say the difference has been incredible. There is nowhere near as much hair in the shower when I wash it! Along with good shampoo, conditioners and a weekly hair mask, these gummies have worked really well. They taste nice too, and only one a day. I would recommended
