The best pancake pan I've ever used. I struggled to find an induction hob. This was perfect, non stick, I use pretty much everyday.

The pan probably has hot spots. Doesn’t heat evenly and even the basic omelette needs a lot of oil else it gets badly stuck in places!! Very disappointed with the pan and even more with their customer service

After a very extensive research I am pleased that we have chosen Green pan 24 cm pancakes frying pan. It is a good size frying pan for pancakes. Non-steak works very well!
This is brilliant. The perfectly flat, smooth cooking surface means the pancake batter spreads easily and quickly across the pan, allowing for evenly circular crepe pancakes every time.
All my Shrove Tuesday pancakes were perfect. The pan didn't even need sizing.
I bought one of these pans and a wok pan. I was really hopeful and very positive about the credentials. the pancake pan soon started sticking. I contacted the company and they were helpful, sending me a new pan, saying that they should not be used with oil. I didn't see this in the instructions so may well have done that - a little oil to make a pancake is not unheard of. I was very careful of the second pan, but the same soon happened and it has also happened with the wok pan. It isn't always me who uses the pan, so I guess someone else also used oil and not the pans are not useable. I am so disappointed but can't recommend to anyone who likes to use any oil at all in their cooking.
Very pleased with the purchase. Previous omelette pans burnt the omelette. Using this pan, we get nice omelettes, cooked well and they come out of the pan easily.
This pan has proved excellent for pancakes. The key thing is that (so far) the surface has been easy to keep clean, and no signs of sticking. The quality is good, but my only criticism is that it doesn't look it. Green Pan need to look at their product design to give it the style it deserves
