I did a patch test before beginning use and didn’t have a reaction so I thought I was good to go.After the second day of wearing over my entire face I noticed my cheeks, forehead, and jawline were a little itchy but wasn’t sure if it was this product causing that discomfort.But by the end of the week of continued usage I had two very large - very painful pimples on my forehead, and one on my jaw (which have healed now but left more scarring) and was still experiencing the itching on my cheeks.This could be an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients or maybe the product just didn’t agree with other products currently in my skincare routine.Regardless, I had to discontinue use before I was able to see any ... MoreI used the product for about a week every night. I know this formula has changed. I’m sure you don’t care, but this was the first serum that I found that worked for African American dark skin. Reading some of the reviews, I’m quite sure that you don’t listen to your customers, as I see plenty have stated that they’ve experienced minimal results and you haven’t changed it back to the original formula. Although the claim by the company is that you’ve improved the formula, you didn’t. Sometimes, stronger isn’t better, especially when there’s a breakdown in the quality of this new formulation. I won’t be purchasing anymore of your products.
