I bought this for my 13 year old daughter and she bites her nails. She really wanted false nails so she got them done and her nails were all bendy and damaged underneath. With these, her natrual nail was able to grow underneath and the glue didnt damage her nails at all. She wore these for 5 days and a row and no damage, amazing product. So good for people who dont want to damage their natrual nails but still want falsies.
