Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Gaming OC 8GB Video Card[N307TGAMING-OC-8GD]
WINDFORCE 3X cooling system The WINDFORCE 3X cooling system features three 80mm unique blade fans, alternate spinning, 6 composite copper heat pipes direct touch the GPU, 3D active fans and Screen cooling, which together provide high efficiency heat dissipation. Alternate Spinning Alternate Spinning can reduce the turbulence of adjacent fans and increase air pressure. Smooth airflow GIGABYTE turns the adjacent fans in the opposite direction, so that the airflow direction between the two fans is the same, reducing the turbulence and enhancing the airflow pressure. 3D Active Fan The 3D Active Fan provides semi-passive cooling, and the fans will remain off when the GPU is in a low load or low power game. Unique blade fan The airflow is split by the triangular fan edge, and guided smoothly through the 3D stripe curve on the fan surface. Graphene nano lubricant Graphene nano lubricant can extend the life of fan by 2.1 times, close to the life of double ball bearing, and is quieter. Screen cooling Extended heatsink design allows air flow to pass through, providing better heat dissipation. Heat Pipes Direct Touch The shape of the pure copper heat pipe maximizes the direct contact area with the GPU. The heat pipe also covers the VRAM through a large metal plate contact to ensure proper cooling. RGB Fusion 2.0 With 16.7M customizable color options and numerous lighting effects, you can choose lighting effects or synchronize with other AORUS devices.

Won the shuffle and was excited at how the Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 3070 Ti would perform. Does the job at 1440P with Ray Tracing and DLSS. Comparing my Sapphire Pulse RX 6800 is considerably better for rendering including 2160P depending on game and is quieter at load. Interesting that the Gigabyte 3070 Ti (TDP 290W) is 40W higher than the RX 6800 (TDP 250) and is 15W higher than my old Sapphire Nitro R9 390 8G (TDP 275). Recommend power supply is 600W (TECHPOWERUP) for all three cards but I am using a Corsair RM 850X PS. In retrospect I would have better evaluated the worth of ray tracing benefits and not purchased the 3070 Ti

Bought this card pretty much bc it was the only card in stock under a grand. GPUs are so overpriced right now. Downgraded from an EVGA 3080ftw3 Ultra which was supposed to be top shelf but I had to RMA a few times. Anyways, this card runs surprisingly well and much cooler than expected. On the OC bios, fans don’t turn on until around 50C. First thing I did out of the box was run a benchmarks for about an hour and the fans were nearly inaudible the entire time. GPU reached a max of 64C which I thought was insanely cool. Couple hiccups that were seemingly solved by drivers, but I’m happy. Only reason I took off a star is because the card is so quiet that the coil whine at full load is pretty noticeable. Seems to be somewhat common. It’s a good card nonetheless.

Absolutely fantastic card. And it's nearly paid itself off through mining, so that's insane! Who doesn't want a free 3070ti!?!? It's a great AIB model, and an especially good one because the memory isn't roasting itself to death like it is on a lot of others (ahem, MSI Ventus, basically the entire Zotac lineup, and many more). Pretty cool PCB as well. 10/10 would buy again if I had another kidney to sell to pay for it.

I upgraded from RX 570 to this, and it's been a good experience. Initially a bit nervous because I've never used a triple-fan GPU in my case before. After using DDU to uninstall AMD drivers and installing Nvidia drivers, I've found Nvidia features much more engaging, and one of the reasons I switched from AMD to Nvidia (which I tend to do every few upgrades anyways) was because AMD's instant replay feature was so difficult to work with and would sometimes refuse to work. Never had that issue with Nvidia's instant replay.Being introduced to the world of Ray Tracing, DLSS, and even Nvidia Broadcast has been great. I bounce from Windows to Linux so losing out on AMD's superior platform support for Linux is a definite con, but so far I've found there to be enough pros ... MoreI upgraded from RX 570 to this, and it's been a good experience. The performance is fantastic. I easily break 100+ frames in most games I play on the highest settings. Absolutely flawless performance playing Elden Ring.Video encoding is also very good. I accidentally did a benchmark test with Elden Ring and chrome tabs still open and the bench was still better than my previous RX 580. I definitely recommend as a more price efficient option over a 3080+
My original review got deleted off of here some how, seems pretty sketchy as it was a 1 star as well waiting for my RMA. Fast forward over 2 months after my RMA and they are saying it's my fault because I took the card apart to inspect it and had to replace a torn thermal pad. Mind you this card had problems since day one. When I put it back together I monitored the memory Temps with HWinfo to be sure it was acceptable, and it was. Now they want me to pay them to fix a defective card they sold me. Maybe I can return it to Newegg when I get it back from them. Gigabyte lives up to their reputation of having horrendous customer service.
This review is exactly what its title indicates.I had no illusions when I pulled up to MicroCenter for the lottery for that day, but I was so relieved when I finally was able to carry this card home.Am I a little disappointed by the lighting on the card? Sure. But that's more of a software issue. DLSS is quite honestly one of the most innovative things about the RTX series. As someone who cares a lot about framerates in games, it's great. And as someone who also uses their desktop as a workstation, the Nvidia software that's supported by RTX is also great.
Wanted to upgrade from my 1070 Ti and chose this one out of the bunch. Was able to snag it for about $850, which was probably the most I was willing to pay above MSRP for one of these. Not sure what it's listed at now, but I thought it was a fair enough deal. I suggest holding off buying one if over $900. Otherwise, I'd say go for it! The performance of the card blew me away! The only way I'd be able to get 144 fps on my 1070 Ti was to lower every game setting to the very minimum. Paired this card with a Ryzen 5 5600X and now I can run most games at 240 fps on high graphics settings. I often stream Apex Legends on Twitch, and the NVENC encoder allows me to stream at 936p while averaging 190 fps in-game at medium settings, which is amazing. Highly recommend this ... MoreWanted to upgrade from my 1070 Ti and chose this one out of the bunch. Runs hotter than 3070, and sucks more juice too. But bang for the buck is among the best! Performance wise, I’m seeing is in line with what I expected-the 3070 ti slots in nicely between the 3070 and the 3080. Gigabyte’s implementation is very good. Heat is dissipated well and power consumption is in line. With the recent efforts to unlock lhr by the top miners like nbminer, trex, Phoenix and others , this is an excellent mining card if you have reasonably priced power. Roi is among the better for nvidia. I’m getting 73sols/sec on miniz, on equihash 125,4 mining flux…and 60mh/s on ethash
I'm very happy with this card. I won the purchasing opportunity through Newegg Shuffle and was hesitant on purchasing at first. But seeing as my Asus 1070 Strix OC was aging a bit and I have been wanting to purchase a 30's series since launch, I pulled the trigger. This card is able to run all my games at ultra settings utilizing all of my 3440x1440 ultrawide monitor. Finally able to run games in 21:9 aspect ratio instead of cutting it down to 16:9 to save some processing power. Overall I know this card will last me another 5/6 years like my 1070 did and I'm more than happy with that. Next upgrade - i9-10850k from my i7 6800k hahaha. LETS GO!
