We are very disappointed with this product.
I love it, I am a 71yo woman, and have no problems using the pole chainsaw. I had a lot of over hanging tree branches, this too made the job of cutting them back easy. Just wish I was taller😆
Delivery period within the country is more than 15 days!!! Thats too long. That should be improved.
Product fits my needs exactly. Not heavy very easy to use whilst cutting branches in a easy safe manner .

My husband absolutely loves this saw. We have lots of trees around our house and he is blown away with how light the saw is to use and how easy it cuts the branches. Highly recommend this product.
Worked better than I expected have only used it a few times but it has done the job only drawback was I wanted to purchase a second battery and have searched but cannot seem to locate a seller
Wont cut anything- waste of money, tried on the softest palm leaf , wont even cut that.
