It has really good power for a travel dryer and the option of changing voltage between 240 and 120 was invaluable on my travels. It comes with a decent travel pouch to put the dryer in.Would recommend.

But it's light and compact.I was disappointded with the sales ptitch as I was enticed in with the line"free brush with EVERY purchse". It appears the offer wasn't with EVERY purches, just selected ones. GHD please be careful with your wording.

At first I was really happy with the hairdryer it dries really well on all heat settings and leaves hair feeling lovely and smooth, but after having it only 9 months it started cutting out last week on all of the heat settings. Really disappointed as didn’t expect this from a GHD product. I have the original GHD hair straighteners and they are still going strong so I bought the hairdryer thinking it would last and last.

I wanted a travel hairdryer to fit in hand luggage for a recent flight, love my normal GHD hairdryer but is quite heavy. Looked at reviews for the GHD travel hairdryer and as I wanted to feel and see exact size I went to our local John Lewis store. Really impressed with the hairdryer so purchased it, once on holiday I used it everyday and was so pleased with the speed of drying my hair, excellent value for money, would definitely recommend
Oh boy where do I begin? No removable filter, tragically long non-retractable cord, nozzle claims to be removable AND ISN'T. Oh, and it doesn't dry your hair any faster than a cheap $15 drugstore blow-dryer. In fact, it took longer. Total nightmare trying to dry my hair. Worst part?? YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. This put me out almost $17. Never again will I buy from ghd. They basically kissed a good customer goodbye.
I wanted a good hairdryer for a wedding abroad. I looked at much more expensive products but after speaking with manufacturers I found out it’s not advisable to use these more expensive ones abroad so I researched the GHD Flight. It can be used abroad with the flick of a switch to change electricity output. It’s extremely lightweight but after trying it it’s nearly as powerful as my normal GHD dryer and you get a cool shot with it as well, many travel dryers don’t have that. So saved myself a lot of money and can now buy a GHD tong and still be in front on money
I bought a previous version of this hairdryer 10 years ago. It was the best hairdryer ever. Recently the casing where the hairdryer folds cracked and wont stay unfolded. So I thought 'ok time to get a new one'. I immediately went to GHD because I loved the one I had. I looked at the Travel Dryer because I have fine hair and didn't need the power of a bigger model. I also have neck and shoulder problems so a lighter model is better for me. It is still a great hairdryer but I was disappointed to realise that the lowest power setting sends out cooler air - very different to the hot air my old one provided on the lowest setting. sigh! I bought this hairdryer on 11/25/2021 and got it about a month later. It was great until last night. For no reason, while I was folding the hairdryer, the plastic shell decided to pop out and came with a broken corner hook so that I say the quality of this product is questionable.The return/replacement service is not convenient, you have to pay for the shipment and the overall process would take 1 month to get your replacement. I decided not spending my time or money on it so that I will stick with a 3 months new hairdryer with a broken shell now. This purchase is a lost to me.The hairdryer does the job, not heating up your hair too hot. This is the point I like.This is just my experience and this is enough to keep me away from being GHD customer in the feature.
Tried it at home, (only few times), have purchased for upcoming trip to USA, will have to see what the performance is like on the dual voltage setting. My only gripe is that the nozzle could be slimmer or maybe have a choice of nozzles in the box. Also the second time I used, it, it was running for a good 5 minutes non-stop, when it cut out, maybe to cool down, I don’t know. But if it happens while I’m away, then that’s no good, because it take me 30+ minutes to dry and style my hair. I purchased this brand as I own the Helios GHD full size dryer and it’s been great. Will have to wait and see the final verdict.
I was looking for a hair dryer that I could use on an everyday basis at home, as well as take with me when traveling, so the extra voltage compatibility was a must. It's not the most powerful dryer, but I have superfine hair, so I don't need much. Unfortunately this dryer seems to overheat/ automatically shut off very quickly. I've had it for six months and while it did it ocassionally towards the end of drying/styling my hair, it now happens very early on, pretty much right after I've given my hair a quick rough dry but before I've even starting blowing it out with a brush. I'm wondering how much longer I have before it stops working completely...
