Garden of Life 's b12 comes from natural with enzyme and probitoics blend that I think is the best in the market. Although the price is high, but it is still worth. The size of the capsule is not to large and is easy to swallow. I take it once a day, and the quality is very good. The ingredient is great that I think is the best in the market.

Vitamin CODE Raw B-12 is an essential supplement for me these days at first I had a difficult time finding what I needed until coming across this Garden of Life product. The capsules are smaller in size than many other supplements. The ingredients provide both mental and physical energy, while the bottles are stamped with several third party quality designations. I love all Garden of Life products and usually order the b complex but was sent this one instead. I didn’t get a response back from the place I ordered it so I decided to try the b12 only one. Bad idea. I am experiencing a horribly skin rash that is itchy and all over my body and I’m afraid on the verge of lesions. I stopped taking now 3 days ago once I realized the b12 was the culprit. I wish I had some insight or warning that taking high levels could cause this type of thing as it is very painful. Does this b12 contain cobalt? Or is it just because this is so much more than what I was taking with the complex? Please help. My dr appointment is next week but wondering if this has happened to anyone else with this particular b12? Only giving 3 stars because I know ...
