I suffer from sciatica. Gaia has excellent quality supplements. I really noticed when I started buying other cheaper brandsto compare and feeling like I was taking nothing on the other brands vs feeling the benefit with Gaia. Supplements arent magic but they DO help, but only if you get high quality ones like Gaia. the Turmeric has been a savior for my congestion/sinuses/inflammation and I felt noticeably NOTHING when I took other brands. with Gaia, I feel the benefits within 40 minutes or so. I rec Gaia brand anything honestly. not all pricier supplements are worth it, but Gaia IS.

Turmeric and black pepper work wonders for inflammation.… However the PRICE of these are OUTRAGEOUS!! You can buy a fifteen dollar capsule making machine online and purchase organic turmeric and organic black pepper and make your own capsules for pennies each and they works exactly the same as these very expensive ones! I make my own and I’m very happy with the results and my bank account thanks me 😊
