Force USA SP3 Flat Incline Decline Bench

Poor workmanship. Welding was not good. Welds also not completely painted over so bits of rust showing already.Adjustment on the back rest isn’t flush and sits bent.Padded leg brace seems pointless as it’s too close to bench.Bench will do the job it’s designed for, just a bit disappointed with the quality considering how much the branch cost.

Doesn't incline

Got this bench to go along with my G9 all in one for my garage gym. I'm honestly pretty disappointed. The spacing for the seat and the back rest wasn't enough to allow for the bench to adjust to anything other than flat, and the materials used seem kind of cheap.Figured I would give this bench a shot to save on shipping rather than going with a different brand, and now I almost wish I did.

An average home bench.The legs were unstable and had it replaced.Make sure you don't over tighten the bolts on the legs as the metal legs will soften (i think its not good quality) and become imbalance on the ground.

I purchased this bench to provide myself with the means to work out at home. So far I have been impressed with the quality, engineering and practicality of the product. It was easy to build and the instructions were simple to understand. Overall, I am impressed so far and would recommend the product to others looking for a cost effective solution to a home gym set up.

Great Bench for home

I am very happy with this bench. I am almost 130kg and it barely wobbles. It is solid and the supports it sits on extend past the bench either side for great stability. The seat is wider than the ones at my gym - bonus points for that. I assembled it by myself - it would be better with two people lol. Delivery was prompt and the price was affordable. Recommended if you need a mid price bench you can trust.

Great bench, Knee support would be an improvement.

I got this bench as part of a deal and its a great bench.One issue I do find with it though, it hurts my knees on the decline as there is nothing to support you other then the lower support on your shins. If I was to re-purchase I'd upgrade to something with support for my knees.

Great product, great service

I compared the G3 against other gyms in this price bracket and the G3 came out on top. Really happy with the purchase as well as the install service (highly recommended). Alex the installer takes pride in his work and he set the machine up perfectly.Gym and Fitness were great to deal with.

Simple and easy

Fairly simple and easy to use seat. Excellent value for money overall. As mentioned below it is a bit of a pain to move around as you can't just grab the bench itself and lift it (the back will move), and without wheels it's a bit awkward... but overall, the price makes up for everything else.

Steer clear

Zinc bolts and Hardware showed up with rust marks, welds on the bench are missing paint and rusty. bench still work but would avoid this item if you want a quality bench
