It took all of 2 minutes to get this out of the box, connected to my phone and working. Super intuitive to use. I can accurately track nutrition throughout the day and it's especially great for tracking calories of fruit, vegetables and nuts (good for portion control). Definitely plan to use this a lot for baking where measurements by weight are more precise than volume. Small enough to tuck into a kitchen drawer or leave out on the counter.

Setup is easy and there's an accompanying app to help you stay on a healthy track. This scale can weigh items up to 11 pounds. It is backlit, making it easy to read. It will turn off automatically which is handy. Overall, the scale is easy to use and very helpful in measuring my portions.
Excellent for identifying weight of food potion and nutrients within the respective weighed portion. Great for someone on a diet where certain nutrients must be limited. I.E. - Kidney Disease. (Example: Laws regarding nutrient disclosures do not seem to extend to Potassium. Therefore, someone on a limited potassium or sodium diet can have a difficult time assessing nutrients within a food portion. This device makes the effort tolerable.. The scale is pretty reliable and accurate. I like the digital display and it overall looks very clean. The only thing I'm not as satisfied with is the software that you use with the scale. The tracking is pretty good for casual tracking, but if you're looking to really track macros, the software is limited on it's foods. Other than that, it's neat how it instantly tracks the weight of the food in the app, I just wish the app that you need to see all the macros on the scale had a more accurate food tracking.

No bar code reader, no access to USDA data, no ability to pair with Fitbit. It has Bluetooth if you’re willing put in all your own calorie and nutrition info. It’s basically just a scale as set up. There is nothing smart about it at all, I almost suspect it isn’t even a US designated model. Quality, looks good, just got so don’t really know. Software is crap, and doesn’t begin to reflect what is in the owner’s manual.
