I am very fussy with my cookware and have had many top end (expensive) brands which really don't last very well, even when following all manufacturers guidelines. This pan is exceptional in its weight, quality and performance. I am really so happy with it.

In 44 years of marriage I've owned a lot of frypans, many were expensive, claiming to be non-stick, fast heat and easy to clean. None of them even come close to this pan. Mine is the 32cm frypan, not as rounded as the French skillet. It is weighty, but easily moved due to the excellent handle. The Myer assistant who sold it to me said it was the only non-stick pan that allows you to use high heat. Which is super important to me for sealing meats. After initially heating up to a searing temperature, it holds that heat in, whilst you turn down the gas or power. Absolutely nothing sticks, you use minimum oil and it is so easy to clean. Wait until there is a special on and get it, you won't regret it. As I need other pans, I will stick to this range for sure!

The frypan is brilliant with the non-stick surface exceeding expectation. Really helps that it is dishwasher safe too.

The product arrived and when I unpacked it the handle was incredibly loose. This resulted in me having to make a special trip to Myer to get a replacement which kind of defeats the objective of shopping online. The replacement product is excellent though and very good quality.
Considering the price, didn’t expect high from the quality. However quality of the pan far exceeded expectation, equally good compared to other more premium Essteele range I owned. Would stick to this brand
Great pan as usual lives up tp expectations. Estelleproducts last a life time whether non stick or other.
This is the second one I've purchased as I gave the first to my parents. It's brilliant non-stick surface is perfect and it is definitely a high quality item. I will never purchase another brand again, Essteele products will last a lifetime. Very happy :)
We purchased two of these pans to use on an induction cooktop. However they don’t perform as expected and do not conduct heat efficiently making cooking difficult. I would not recommend these for an induction cooktop.
This skillet is very small and has extremely limited capacity. 20cm lids from other brands are all too big and don't fit. Essteele should also specify volume in litres.
This is a great fry pan. I’ve bought many expensive non stick fry pans and none have retained non stick properties. After several months of use this one is almost as good as when I took it out of the box. I’ve since bought the bigger version with lid.
