The quality of this wrap is fantastic, the color that I received was Indigo, which is a beautiful dark blue color, the fabric of this wrap is ridiculously soft and super stretchy. When I first went to try out this product, I needed my husband to help me with it, but after watching an instructional video several times, I was finally able to do it by myself. If you aren't familiar with these type of wraps then more than likely there will be a learning curve, you aren't going to get it on the first try, but if you keep trying you will eventually get it and it will be worth it, trust me. When I used my traditional baby carrier with my July '17 baby, it is okay at first, but after awhile of being in it, he just seems uncomfortable near his chunky legs and my back starts to hurt. With this wrap, I did not have that problem at all, since the fabric is so stretchy and soft it didn't bother his legs at all and left no marks on him, he feels very secure and happy in this. While using this, my back didn't start to bother me at all, it was very supportive. I mainly use this when going to the grocery store by myself with all three children and around the house if I have to get things done and baby just wants to be held. If I'm wearing it out of the house, I put it on before leaving so that when we get to our destination I can just transfer back to right over to it. I have no washed this yet so I can't comment on the durability of it after washing, all it says is to use mild detergent when washing. I regret not trying a wrap sooner, I really wish I would've had this when my 4 month old was a newborn, it would have made life with a newborn, toddler, and school age child so much easier. The only negative that I can really say about it is the amount of time that it takes to get used to putting it on yourself, honestly though, it really truly isn't even that bad, not as much of a pain as I thought that it would be. Ever since receiving this, I have not gone back to using my traditional baby carrier and really don't see myself using the traditional carrier that much ever again. Thank you so much Weespring and ergobaby for providing me with this amazing product.

I was given this product to try as part of the weeSpring parent panel. I have used baby wraps in the past and they always seem to come short of my expectations, so when I received this product I didn't think my opinion would change much of wraps. My first impression was how compact it was. The wrap folds so small and neatly within the built in pocket. It can fit it within a diaper bag without taking up as much room the other wraps normally do. As a seasoned wrap user I knew how I needed to use it but if I ever forget, the instructions are nicely written right on the sleeve with easy to follow illustrations. It provided a very breathable feel and I had no problem wearing it without feeling like I would start sweating or that my baby would be getting hot or uncomfortable. Each time I wear it I feel more and more comfortable. I find myself reaching for it more than I expected I would.Only drawback I find is that when I do wear it for awhile the fabric seems to stretch more and more. My son's head usually starts at neck level and after about 15 minutes his heads drops down a little which I think is just from the fabric stretching. It would be nice to not have to re-adjust the slouch. Overall I really enjoy this wrap above the others I have tried.

Great Lightweight Wrap
29 November 2017

As a regular baby wearing mama I do love my carriers. Besides the Aura wrap I also have two soft sided carriers, a wring sling and two knit wraps like this one. I primarily use the long knit wraps in the first three months with my babies as I think this is the easiest and most comfortable way to carry newborns. I love how comfy wraps are versus slings and buckled on carriers as they don’t have straps or hardware to dig into skin, they also distribute the babies weight more evenly so are better for folks with back and shoulders issues. What really nice about the Aura wrap is it is made out of a thin, lightweight material compared to the most common wraps which makes it more comfortable to wear in warmer climates. What really nice about the Aura wrap is it is made out of a thin, lightweight material compared to the most common wraps which makes it more comfortable to wear in warmer climates. The colors are also very beautiful and on trend. This is my favorite wrap to wear around the house or to tie on before driving to doctors appointments and placing baby in right out of car. Makes moving around waiting room and office way easier (especially with other small kids to keep track of). As with any full length basic wrap there is a learning curve to figuring out how to tie it and the correct tension to make sure baby is secure and high up without being too tight. The contrast stitching on the Aura is helpful for keeping track of the rails, making this one great for beginners. I highly recommend a few practice tries before trying with baby and to only introduce baby to it at first when they are fed and in a good mood so that they learn to love it like my children have. I received this product from the weeSpring Parent Panel.

Great new wrap carrier product
25 November 2017

Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this product. I loved the simple packaging, but as with other Ergo products I find the instruction manual a little difficult to understand. Fortunately, I am familiar with babywearing wraps so I was able to figure out the nuances of this one rather quickly. I loved the added carry case that is built into the carrier. It makes throwing it in the trunk or diaper bag much easier and seems to keep the wrap cleaner. I think the material was a good combination of stretch and sturdy, so I was able to get a very comfortable fit yet it also felt very secure for my son. He took to it right away and seemed at ease while he was in the carrier. Overall, I thought this was a better product than the Moby wrap I was given by a friend and am excited to continue using it as he grows. The biggest downside is that I like the more sturdy Ergo 360 for more active things with baby, just because it's more comfy for me for longer periods of time and seems more supportive for baby for things like hiking, hence the four star rating. Overall, a great wrap product!

Lightweight, supportive, fantastic!

Let me start by saying that I'm an absolute babywearing enthusiast. I have acquired a pretty ridiculous number of carriers since the birth of my son two years ago, but this new Ergo? This is the one that I wish I'd had during the long, hard colicky phase with him.Stretchy wraps like this are my hands-down favorite for the brand-newborn through 5-6 months age range. It's no harder to use than a buckle carrier once you get the hang of it, baby feels so much more secure, you don't have to monkey around with an unwieldy infant insert, and it feels more comfortable for my newly postpartum body to have all the fabric from the wrap distributing the baby's weight. My baby girl is 14lbs now, and I can wear her for hours and hours with no sag, in total comfort. This stripe is the perfect neutral to go with anything. The fabric is incredibly soft, and is holding perfectly up to very frequent washing (reflux baby + sticky toddler fingers, oy!). We've logged no less than 40 hours in this wrap since it arrived a couple of weeks ago, and I cannot recommend it highly enough--it's fantastic. Thank you so much to the weeSpring Parent Panel for giving me the opportunity to try this great carrier!

Perfect way to keep your little one snuggled close

We received the Ergobaby Wrap and couldn't wait to put it into action. At first, it was pretty confusing to figure out how to wear/fold/tie the wrap and I was hesitant about putting my little one in it because I feared if I was doing something incorrect, he wouldn't be safe. I finally broke down and watched the video on how to use it and after a few tries, got the hang of it. I LOVE the material, it's absolutely soft and feels wonderful on the skin. Wonderful wrap!
29 November 2017

I've always loved the idea of carrying a newborn in a wrap and I've tried a few different ones but have never really liked them for various reasons. However, I've now found the perfect wrap with the Ergo Aura wrap! What makes this wrap stand out above the rest is the super soft fabric, the lightness of the fabric, the guiding stitching and the carrying pouch. The fabric is very soft but also light weight so neither me or my baby get too hot while wearing the wrap. The guide stitching is helpful especially for moms who are new to wrapping. Although I've worn my children in wraps before, sometimes when I'm wrapping it's hard to tell if the wrap is twisted. The guide stitching eliminates that problem and makes it easier to wrap. Finally for me the absolute best thing ... MoreI've always loved the idea of carrying a newborn in a wrap and I've tried a few different ones but have never really liked them for various reasons. However, I've now found the perfect wrap with the Ergo Aura wrap! I like to bring my wrap with me to use it in case my son gets fussy when I am out but my other wrap just ends up in a big ball in the bottom of my diaper bag or back of my car where it always gets dirty. The carrying pouch is great because now I now take this wrap with me without worrying about it getting dirty.Overall I love this wrap and would recommend it to my friends! Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this baby carrier!

Works but can be uncomfortable.

I love the idea of baby wearing and freeing up my arms. My little one loves being worn (for the most part) and falls asleep usually shortly after being put in a wrap. I like the idea that this wrap doesn’t involve any plastic or buckles. However, I don’t like having to set a fussy baby down to tie this wrap on. It can take a little while to get it on straight... getting baby in isn’t difficult, but getting them out takes a bit more work. My largest complaint is that it is difficult to get the weight distribution right; it ends up pulling on my neck on one side of the other no matter how much I try to ensure the fabric is laying flat and open. Also tying around the waist can start to dig in after a while of baby carrying. Overall, I would not buy another wrap of this ... MoreI love the idea of baby wearing and freeing up my arms. Overall, I would not buy another wrap of this style and I’m still on the hunt for something light weight to keep babe close. Lastly, the warning labels on every baby item are obnoxious and this product is no different; at a tail end there is a huge label that detracts from the otherwise soft jersey material and minimalistic look of this wrap.

I was really excited about this wrap and ultimately I really dislike it. I’ve tried and tried again to adjust or wrap tighter and still baby slides down and my lower back ends up hurting worse than when I was pregnant. It says in the Q and A that the wrap is for petite and plus size. I’m not plus size and I’m uncomfortable with how little fabric is left to tie. Definitely do NOT recommend this wrap. Going back to my original (should have stuck with it) boba wrap that held my much bigger son securely without sliding down. My baby currently weighs 8lbs… this shouldn’t be happening.
