EMEET SmartCam C960 2K

I love this webcam. I wanted a new webcam for my PC to be able to video chat with my friends without having to turn on my laptop. I am super happy I found this one. When reading the reviews before purchasing, people complained about how the lighting changes depending on room lighting, however, I find this to be positive. The camera lighting adjusts really well to the room lighting and you really do not need to have a light on to be able to see things in the camera during the night.I can not comment on the mic or mic quality as I have a headset and do not use the webcam microphone.The stand for this webcam was a bit confusing to use at first and I was not sure it would be able to stay balanced on top of my monitor but once I got the hang of it, I think it works ... MoreI love this webcam. I am happy to say that you can adjust the angle of the camera quite easily without having to take it off your monitor or worrying about it falling. I like that the camera cover requires you to actually touch it the entire time you are opening or closing it because I know the cover will not fall down over the camera accidentally if I do not push it up the whole way. The hinge is stiff but in a positive way. Will buy a second one for my partner once he decides to upgrade his webcam!

It's plug n' play, works the instant you plug it into any USB port. It comes with software to change the image from wide-angle to portrait shot. I like the wide angle mode for my video conferences because it gets me and my computer screen in the shot. Others can see what I'm typing on the screen in real time. The image is crisp and clear, and the sound dampens background noise. The adjustable tripod is good quality and provides a solid base. The video cord is good quality and long enough to put the camera where you want to place it. The camera auto adjusts for differing lighting, so if you want to turn the lights low to show a video presentation it adjusts within a second.

The bad part is that the picture quality itself isn't that great. It has a noticeable flickering problem and the picture will occasionally go haywire during a video call and starts getting artifacts. Additionally, the audio quality isn't consistent. Sometimes, it's good and the other person will hear well.
