The Electrolyte Drink is refreshing, re-energising and doesn't make you feel as heavy or as bloated as other energy or electrolyte drinks.Would love to see this come out in an orange flavour but what you currently have here is sensational.

I’m absolutely shocked by how well True Electrolytes mix & taste. I’ve used the tropical flavour with massive success throughout multiple half-marathon training blocks and can’t recommend it enough. From rehydrating during a tough run to keeping fluids up during a cold (or after a big night) - these electrolytes will forever be my go to.

Something to look forward to after a summer run. The apple cucumber mint flavour is amazing. Was hesitant about trying the lemon after having this flavour in the pre workout - super sour. Here it's fine and refreshing!

Hi, I actually revived my order on Saturday, but have since sent a message via insta as I received the tub damaged. It was sent through the mail being only placed in a bubble wrap mail bag. The bag was ripped and the container was deformed at the bottom.I have requested a new one express posted, so I can finally get my daughter using this. I’m excited to see how it helps her!
I've use a lot of electrolyte products over the years and I've been really impressed with this product. I personally love the apple cucumber mint flavour, I find it really refreshing. I will say I only use half of the recommended dose as I found the recommended dose a little strong for me. I would love the see this product in sachet or tablet form for easy on the go options.
I have only just started purchasing the true protein electrolyte & I love it! A variety of flavours to choose from, it mixes/dissolves easily, no clumping at the bottom of your drink bottle & not sickly sweet! It tastes delicious. I make up a couple of bottles to take on my long runs. I highly recommend it!
I love all the True products so I thought I’d try this when I ran out of my Nuun tablets. It’s slightly less salty and sweeter than Nuun which I like. It’s also way more convenient being a powder instead of tablets so a big win all around. You can easily control the strength of the taste this way. Tastes good too.
Training on hot summer days are brutal. I noticed a big difference with my recovery after drinking these electrolytes.I really like the electrolyte ratio and the delicious taste is just a bonus!Would highly recommend for any other sweat monsters like me!
Have loved using this before and after running sessions. Best hydration product I’ve used and the taste is unreal. Doesn’t have any sort of negative impact on my stomach either. Couldn’t be happier.
I have this every single day, about half a teaspoon with 1L of water. I barely get muscle soreness, sleep like a baby and feel great the whole day.Lemon is the best flavourDon’t have too much, it can upset your stomach, not this product but electrolytes in general, you will need to go to the bathroom… a lot… trust me.
