ECOXGEAR SoundExtreme SE26 Soundbar

The 32" was the way to go for us because we wanted lights and sound from both sides. We were very impressed with this bar. Really loud, more volume than you will need. The bass is better depending on the quality of input. Also the lighting is very bright and vibrant. Was easy to install. Highly recommended!

Battery is the best part

The battery lasts forever. That’s a plus. There’s static via Bluetooth if there’s music going or not. Zero bass as others have said. Only giving 3 stars because the customer service is pretty good. The soundbar itself is not

Excellent sound bar, great sound easy install and looks great especially when it’s lit up. Shipping was fast. Very pleased with it. Going to get one for my boat also.

Sound bar is exactly what it states to be. A friend had one so I had prior info. Sounds great for my application. Better than the previous system I had from a competitor. I’d recommend.

I purchased the EcoxGear SoundExtreme Soundbar to use as a weatherproof speaker for my outdoor patio. (I know... not its intended use but hear me out and I'll explain why I only gave a four-star review).First off, this is a great, well-made soundbar! It feels well-constructed, heavy, not made of cheap plastic, obviously made for extreme conditions. There is no questioning this fact.It is easy to use and to control via the wireless remote, but I wish there were a mobile device application that could also be used. The soundbar bluetooth connection is great. I have not had any issues connecting with my iPhone or Tivo Stream 4K. The soundbar bluetooth connection is great. I have not had any issues connecting with my iPhone or Tivo Stream 4K. I have had a few instances with the Tivo Stream 4K where the soundbar volume control refused to respond. I am not sure how to categorize this issue because it is intermittent, and actually responded differently between streaming apps (Netflix was mostly the culprit). The sound quality isn't going to win any awards, but this is probably due to the lack of equalization control on the speaker system itself. It should at least have high, mid and bass level adjustments at a minimum. With this said, bass response seems flat. It would be great if EcoxGear offered a separate sub woofer unit that could connect via EcoCast, Bluetooth or Aux Out.The $399 version requires a 12V connection. The $499 version only uses a rechargeable battery connection. For $499 you should definitely have the ability to use a battery, connect via 12V or plug in via 110AC.The AC adapter that is available through EcoxGear is not weather / waterproof which doesn't make sense to me. There are weather / waterproof ones available on the market.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. The negative points above don't make this a terrible soundbar, they are more-so my expectations of a product at this price point and would really solidify this product as being best-in-class.

ECOXGEAR sound bar sounds good. Lights on the speakers are really cool looking at night . Definitely need the remote to operate if you mount it behind your head. Wish remote was a little more user friendly with gloves on and was more durable.

Installation was easy and straightforward. The Unit looks great in my Can-Am Defender. The light bar on the back works great as a bed light or for safety as an additional tail light. The sound quality is great and the volume is plenty loud.

Nice speaker bar for uforce 1000xl

This speaker bar is easy to install and my kids love it. I put it in a uforce 1000xl and mounted it on the back roll cage above the rear seat. The lights are nice. The back light will light up the dump bed. The sound is good and really loud.

Very good soundbar with one major issue.

This is a very good soundbar for our stretch golf cart and is plenty loud and clear. It's got a battery pack so no wiring to 12v required. So far it seems like the battery pack is going to last a very long time as I haven't had to recharge. One major issue however is that it can only pair to one Bluetooth iPhone device at a time. It means thatEvery time someone from my family wants to use it they have to delete the existing connection and repair. Ouch.
