Bought these after putting a different brand into audi key . The still wouldn't recognise the key . It would allow it start . But not look & unlock .so fitted a duracel battery . Now sorted . As usual quick friendly service from ellesmere port screwfix .

I bought one today. The battery appeared to be shrink-wrapped in plastic inside the package but it was easy to trim it away with a pocket knife. The battery appears to be high quality and hopefully will last a couple years.

Opened my car fob expecting to find a 2032 battery but instead was a 2450. Never seen one of these before. I guess MEC sells some equipment that uses this battery and has stock of them, thank-you for that! Great price, fast shipping, works perfectly. Another reviewer mentioned how hard it was to open the package. It looks like the packaging is designed to to withstand a battery leaking or exploding during transit. I'll admin it was a bit harder than I expected to open it but a good set of scissors will easily get the job done.
Duracell have a long record of being just about the best batteries and their lifetime is a good rating. I doubt if the other version the Industrial named ones are really any better. I say it's not good value as I think all dry cell batteries are over priced. Not yet as scandalous as printer ink replacements but still a lot to pay considering the short life span. It's more expensive than mains electricity. But Duracell are my first port of call as they've a long time good reputation for quality.
I was pleased to a find that your store carried the battery I needed. I came to the store; came home; switched out the old dead battery with the new one and I was able to open and close the four blinds in my kitchen/family room.Thanks for filling my need.
I assume the battery will perform well as I’ve had good experiences with Duracell. I had such a difficult time trying to get the battery out of the blister pack (I thought it was fused on) that I actually had to go back to Staples, where a very nice employee did it for me. I’d recommend having them get the battery out of the packaging for you. Might save you a trip!
Found a fancy clock radio at the thrift store which required a new battery back up to keep time when the power goes out. I figured out how to put the new battery in and now even though the power has gone out a few times, I have not needed to reset the clock. Wonderful!

My myQ garage door opener needs this kind of battery for its door sensor. I always buy Duracell. Quality product. BTW, in winter, during cold days, it might report low battery. You might not need to change it. It should be OK when the weather warms up.
