Bought this before for my wife to help with some sinus issues as well as other concerns she had. She really didn't take it so I ended up using it instead. It really seemed to clear up various sinus issues I had since living in a new country for many years. Even a few years later, my sinus problems are not as bad as the rest of my family recently (wife & kids having phlegm, cough, sneezing, etc. especially when using air conditioning in our room). There is also another option that is nearly as helpful if you read my other reviews (Enzymedica, Enzyme Defense - which has Mucolase to also help with sinus issues). Based on what I have ... I bought this awhile ago and finally started taking it a couple days ago. I don't know if it's this or just a real coincidence, but I have found I have a freakish amount of energy. I bought it for pain because I read it can help with that. It's only been a couple of days, and I am in the process of building a bunkie, so I still have the pain. But I'm just really amazed at the energy I've had for the last couple of days. Coincidence....maybe. But I'm thinking it's the Natto-Serra.

I like that this gives the benefit of two quality enzymes and a single small sized capsule is enough for one day's dosage. The ingredients list looks clean and capsules are easy to swallow without taste.I bought this to clear my system of the virus after covid vaccination. My husband and I have both seen improvements in near and far sighted vision. In fact, he has completely reversed his! Also, metabolism has increased for both of us and we've lost weight, mostly fat and are able to fit into our jeans from 10 years ago. My weight is also more evenly distributed and I'm now more of an hourglass rather than a pear shape, which might be due to excess estrogen caused by a sluggish liver.Please give me a like if you find my review to be helpful for you. 🤗🙏

I actually take around 6 capsules worth of this natto-serra (each capsule contains 40,000 fu serra and 2000 fu natto) a day (so overall this would be 240,000 fu serrapeptase and 6000 fu nattokinase) but split into two doses and both on empty stomach. It is recommeneded to take natto and serrapanese (I spelled it wrong) together for the best effectiveness. Both do different things, and thankfully Doctors Best made this combination for people to purchase. small pills work well, quality, dosage seems right, no aftertaste. The two ingredients work synergistically. If you research, you'll find that these two products could be important for you.
