Bought this because I always have to find a hoover after drilling to clean up the mess. But with this all the dust gets sucked into the unit, it's great. The only negative I have found so far is that the unit covers the led light, so no working in dark places. The unit can only be used with drill bits upto 160mm in length. A++
An excellent piece of kit by dewalt, it runs off the drill battery, so as long as your finger is on the drill trigger it runs. Emptying the dust collector is straight forward, it holds quite a lot of dust.
So Ive used a competitors “Red” brand 1” SDS rotary hammer drill, equal competition with their HO 12 amph batt. But nothing compares to this DeWalt sds rotary hammer drill. It’s more powerful, faster, ergonomically engineered. This literally made me switch from Red to Yellow.
