Not normally available, the box has a lid inside to store drills and bits, very handy. With an additional foam insert you can hold drill battery charger and a box of screw bits.

Well made. Tough enough for my tools. My battery grinder, 2 batteries and charger fit inside perfectly well with insert tray removed. Very pleased!

This tough system Organiser is top quality and very strong, good locking together system and a nice little extra storage compartment in the lid for drills etc, It makes a good little platform when you just need a little extra height, I don't think that's endorsed by the manufacturer but it works for meGreat all round product

Bullet proof cases, unless you are using for drill and driver take out plastic insert. I’ve even taken out the flap down storage , to give a little more height, only held on with 2 screws so easily removed if required, great value so I’m using them as general storage boxes around the home
The ds150 tough system has good storage space for all hand tools and has a handy flip down compartment with more storage space in the lid! The box is a solid design with two ways of carrying either from the handle on top of the box or handles at the side. Obviously it is compatible with all other tough system boxes and trolleys which is handy for me because I have a few tough system storage boxes haha!
A very strong toolbox - the wall thickness is nearly 1cm. This is fine if you want to use it with an insert for a specific DeWalt power tool.If you want to use it for other tools then please remember that it is internally quite a bit smaller than you would expect. After saying that - it is a very strong tool box and is extremely well made. It looks like it will last for many, many years.
I bought this as I had just got one as part of the DeWalt Impact Driver and Drill set I'd just bought and needed a second box for all the ancillary bits and pieces that are part and parcel of using these tools. I'm no professional but I do like quality kit and this box rings that bell nice and loud. It's tough (obvs), waterproof (or as near as dammit) and it was reasonably priced (Toughsystem 1 going end of life and v2.0 now on the market, these are going for a song). I wanted it to stack with the drill/driver box, as otherwise, I'm going to be forever tripping over different shaped boxes in my limited space (not having a workshop or a garage, everything needs to live in my tiny little flat. This ticks that box, too. It's pretty space efficient and lives happily in ... MoreI bought this as I had just got one as part of the DeWalt Impact Driver and Drill set I'd just bought and needed a second box for all the ancillary bits and pieces that are part and parcel of using these tools. I was finding the TSTAK boxes just lacking a little space for all the extra lights, bells and whistles of todays world so have taken a dive in to the TOUGH series. The box is Dewalt we know they are built to last. Same depth as TSTAK but wider by 130mm and a few mm shorter. I reckon 25% more space, now thats handy. I think a few more are on the cards.
Genuinely tough and suited to heavy use. The only downside is the weight which is substantial especially if units are clipped together. With tools / stored items added, the user needs to be pretty strong. Something lighter, if more flimsy, might better suit some DIYers.
Great for me as Im on the Dewalt platform and not all tools come in transit boxes. So need something tough waterproof and stackable to go on the trolley dont want to spend all day lugging tools to the job site from the van.
