I have been using these for years. Absolutely the best on the market for those slightly annoying leaks that happen when straining at just the wrong angle. I had a total proctectomy 7 years ago and despite all the exercises, just a few drops happen when least expected. The Depends Shield does the job.

Iām only a couple of days into wearing these, but I can already say I feel more confident. This product is perfect for providing 100% discrete protection from post-micturition dribble. With good coverage across the front of my underwear, I no longer have to worry about being embarrassed by leaks.
Bought the shields site unseen as an alternative to the Guards. Big mistake on my part as they are way too light for my problem. They are obviously designed for a different application and I should have had a closer investigation.
Good quality does the job
I brought about three weeks ago and have felt a lot better using this brand a thinner than other brands
