I used this bag for the first time today and must say it is fantastic. I got the largest size that was available and on sale with a great price tag. Its great quality and feels great to pack, the interior is second to none in my view and beautiful to use and pull aling. It is a little wide for things like a train, or no doubt getting in to a boot etc.Are use this bag for the first time today and must say it is fantastic. We recently purchased these beautiful looking and practical suitcases for our upcoming trip to a Europe. What I particularly like about them is that the top section is not very deep, however it can hold much clothing. We need Clothing for both cold and hot weather, so we were able to separate one set of clothes completely. In many hotels you cannot open the suitcase which are divided halfway because this takes up more room. These are perfect. Because of the shape it somehow allowed us to pack in a more compact manner. They seem sturdy so hopefully they will weather all the wear the will receive from baggage handling🤞. They are easy to wheel and my cabin bag fits easily on top.

Could not recommend this brand more! I own the backpack and carry on spinner and have taken them on countless trips with me. The back pack can fit a laptop, iPad, and two books simply in the back pouch. An outfit, 2 pairs of shoes and my clutch in the main zipper and chargers in the front. It came with a stunning matching pouch and lock. The carry on spinner is durable with an added layer of elegance. It has held up against travel 'abuse' and I get so many complements at the airport. It came with a travel hanger, two garment bags, and a USB plug. The backpack has also doubled for a work bag and the spinner I love for overnight trips even when traveling by car. High quality at an affordable price. You need this!

It looks very chic & what features it does offer seem to work great so far... the wheels rotate nicely & offer a smooth ride, the adjustable handle has 2 heights, the TSA lock is user friendly & does add obvious protection, the outer casing appears to be fairly durable & it does qualify to be carried onto the plane. This particular model though does not offer USB anything - so NO charging devices. It also has NO outer pockets for things like boarding pass, magazine/book, cell phone storage, etc. It does offer zip pockets INSIDE and 2 smaller carry bags for shoes, dirty clothes which is an added bonus to add for some of what it lacks. My husband and I have one of these each and on both the ornamental leather straps on the sides have come away from the case. We've tried to do a repair but the super glue we used has made a bit of a mess. My case was dropped during airport baggage handling and the corner has dinted in creating sharp edges. We've put blue tac over it to manage the edges and then taped it all on with heavy box tape. All in all, the luggage has not really lasted long especially as it's not cheap to buy. We have been on about 6 overseas trips and will continue to use it but I don't think I'd buy it again. The white looks lovely when new but after just one trip, gets very dirty. I've use covers a couple of times but they get damaged too so only get one or at most 2 uses out of them.

Once it arrived I tried to contact customer service because the wheels were tiny, and as I thought, when I was on the flight, running to my connections, the wheels kept getting caught in the escalator, and then certain parts of a flat floor, which then caused the make up case strap to break and the make up case to fall off the suitcase also, the leather on top of the handle just from my hand seemed to rub off. I purposely use it as a carry-on as when you throw your luggage down the hall, I could only imagine the damage it would do. I clicked the link for Customer Service and it brings me a blank screen. Delsey's Chatelet Air 26" Trunk spinner suitcase is very functional and well made. I have numerous luggage sets, and I will now be buying more of this line. I have several Delsey pieces that have made multiple international trips with zero issues and this one is a great addition. The quality of their suitcases have held up amazingly well. The wheels on this case are extremely smooth moving. I love that it has a 20/80 opening compartments and the straps and zippered divider are great for keeping things in place. I am extremely pleased with this item, as I have been with all the Delsey pieces I own. I would highly recommend this line of luggage for quality, durability, functionality and looks.
