Decathlon 8 mm And Gentle Yoga Mat White/Purple

Firstly all your products have become extremely pricey, so not sure if I'd like to shop at Decathlon much going fwd. When you had started you were very well priced for the kind of products you were selling but now your prices are coming close to all designer wear & then the design does not match the price. The Mat is good, needed to be a little longer & for the price, definitely a little lighter wouldve also helped.

The best yoga mat I have ever come across. I use it for yoga and pilates daily and it has been more than 6 months now. The material has not at all chipped, though I use it cautiously as well. The thickness is just very appropriate. Don't think too much before buying it, just go for it. It will be a great investment for your health.

The mat is awesome. will not even move an inch no matter how long you use it for. It has a nice waterproof top side that you can simply wipe or spray down with sanitizer. The material is nice and thick, adding and making the grip much better. Recommended for seniors that may face issues with slippery mats or anyone wants a mat with better grip. Price justifies the quality. a lovely green color. Wish there were more color choices.

Both me & my wife are using it, we (more she) wanted a softer yoga mat, and got the best! It's soft but firm, gripping & comfortable for the light exercises, and the design is impressive. Hope, the base and upper surface joint (it is two-layered - which is, I guess, heat-joint or pasted with some chemical) will not come apart quickly and shall last long. Only constraint is the length - it's 173 cm, in comparison to most of the standard mats which are 183 cm long - a trouble for me but not my wife. If it lasts for 2 - 3 years in the same condition I would not say it's overpriced. Overall, we're happy!!

Excellent yoga mat for all ages

We are regular visitors or Decathlon and used to purchase items related to fitness and sports. Decathlon 8mm Gentle Yoga comfort Mat Turquoise KIMJALY mat gives excellent support and grip for all yogic poses. It is excellent for even doing advanced asanas and balancing asanas. It gives support. So elders can also use this with ease. 8mm mat can act as a good shock absorber also. Quality is also very good. I am very much please with this torquoise colour too.

Fantastic Experience With DECATHLON

I have been using this mat since 2016, I guess. The mat is wonderful and doesn't give me any reason to complain about it. A month ago, I purchased another mat as my wife and I are attending sessions at the same time. I purchased a second mat a month ago, and I found the second purchased one little slippery. I went to the Decathlkn Atrium mall store. I explained my problem. They were saying that they didn't receive any complaint on this mat. I explained I also have another mat, which is exactly the same, and I don't have any problem. The lady in the concerned department explained to me the options I had with a lot of patience. She suggested going with the same mat another piece as I was using the same piece over years without any problem. I took it at 2500/- and now ... MoreI have been using this mat since 2016, I guess. Over the years I have been using Decathlon products, I see they are very genuine in understanding customer review and helping out with resolution. I don't do any shopping outside Decathlon for sports related items. This is a must buy product for regular yoga practitioners. There are many other mats that we get for cheaper price but this mat is unique in providing comfort when we do asana involving touching knees to the floor. Two important things I like about Decathlon 1) most customer friendly 2) the sales support people at store are sports persons so they suggest best to us and understand our concerns easily.

I love this mat. The best grip ever for Yoga e.t.c

Yesterday I bought the Kimjaly Grip Yoga Mat after using many mats for about 20 years. I never found one with a better grip than this! I am so glad I made the right choice after being so reluctant to buy a yoga mat in case there is not enough grip for my hands and feet. Another thing I love about this mat is the weight of it. It is very heavy and is perfect because I have to lay it on thick carpet. I don’t have a hard floor apart from my kitchen.

Mat is very good but should have little longer.

The mat is of very good quality as compared to others in the market. This is my fourth mat because the earlier ones were very skiddy and I suffered injuries also. So I was in dire need of a mat which gives cushioning as well as firm grip. This mat is a complete package. A litle word of caution for those people who are tall. This mat is only 173 cm longer so my feets remain outside the mat. If it were little longer ai would have given 5 star. But this is a very small issue for me. I am fully satisfied as it has a stronger grip both on the floor as well as on my feet and it never skid . I do jumping jacks and other stretching exercises and it never disappoints me.JUST GO FOR THIS PRODUCT GUYS.

Not Sweat Proof Hence Slippery

I loved this mat upin seeing it from a friend and waited long to order it. Decathlon has been amazing with the service and delivery. The mat looks awesome and sticks to the ground like glue no doubtBut the top layer is not absorbent hence our sweat makes the contact slippery. If we were to balance our position with just our hands it can be dangerous if we slip. Especially if an elder person tries to use this.So try to go for other options if your workouts involve balancing yourself with a lot of sweat or when you are in humid areas. Would not recommend it to elderly persons.

Slippery

During yoga practice, we have some sweat on hands and feet also. And this yoga mat cannot handle that sweat so surface become slippery. Which will not help to hold posture. I have used beginner yoga mat from decathlon also and found only difference of thickness and anit-floor slippery and beginner yoga mat cost is 399 and this product cost around 1600/-. Still quality need to improve. As decathlon sales person said that comfort yoga mat is decathlon best and premium yoga mat. But still many other brand yoga mat with this cost better than this mat.
