Something was wrong with the original carafe assembly on my De Longhi coffee machine. Despite the high cost of this replacement, I bit the bullet and paid up for this replacement. I'm so glad I did. I'd forgotten what a lovely foam it made atop a latte when it was working properly. It's identical to the original, so I'm as certain as I can be that it's a De Longhi manufactured replacement.

I love my machine, bought a replacement frother after the first one stopped working . Replacement stopped working after less than 3 months . Company wouldn’t replace it because timeframe was beyond the 30 day window
We have owned and used this for 2 years and recommend it highly. We have made over 4,300 cups of coffee in that time, all with consistent world-class quality.
Love your products but this item doesn't work properly. I emailed the customer service desk. It warms milk but doesn't froth at all. We tried everything recommended for it to fix the problem. I then tried a friend's latte crema on my machine and hers frothed perfectly, so it isn't my machine. Can I get a replacement? I am happy to send the old one back!
I saw a lot of negative reviews, mostly likely because bought the wrong product. There are three versions of the milk jug on delonghi’s website, you need to check the summary (see picture) to verify your model number. (They used the word ECAM instead of model number, which adds the confusion). Unfortunately I also bought the wrong one, and obviously it did not work, although it fits in perfectly. I figured out and called customer support and requested for a replacement, but they refused as the unit was bought more than 30 days ago.I always clean the thing each time after use, once with the cleaning function, and then rinse it again. I then took it apart, completely cleaned every piece of part, usually it will improve the performance. But after a year or two, it can’t be restored, and I have to buy a new one. The only part that can go wrong is the rubber bushing that contacts the knob. So I took out the bushing from the new but wrong model, put in into my original one, perfect.In my opinion, this whole thing should cost less than $20, just a lot of cheap plastic parts. And they should offer the rubber bushing as a separate part.The customer service also very unknowledged about the product. Asked me to send the machine in for repair, did not fall in that trap. Also the pictures on the website is misleading. The part that inserts to the machine is about 7 mm different in length, and different in color, but the pictures are same.Hope this will help.
Bought a second milk jug so we can have plant based and normal on the go. Makes life so easy!
