Crock-Pot Artisan Oval Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven, 7-Quart, Scarlet

I brought this cast iron pot cause I needed it to cook a ham in something bigger than what I had in my kitchen.Now I know that cast iron pots & pans aren't good for someone who has arthritis in their hands. It's heavy to pick up and heavy to carry to their stove. But, if you have arthritis in your hands cast iron is not a good pot for you!! Buy something lighter and in good quality.

I bought this for my son for a housewarming gift when he purchased his very first home and he has made several dishes using this pot. Very beautiful pot. Works great. Just remember you have to heat the pot first.

I had always wanted a large Dutch oven. Specifically, I’d always wanted an oversized Le Creuset Dutch oven (I have a small one), but they’re insanely expensive. When I saw this one on Wayfair for such an affordable price, it was so reasonable that I even splurged the extra 10 to get the blue color I liked better. I love this Dutch oven and see it as the “big sister” to my Le Creuset — I can see no difference whatsoever in the experience or result between the two. I have been wanting a dutch over for a while but the prices were absolutely crazy. I finally found one here on Wayfair that was a decent price and is absolutely non-stick. It is very heavy, so be prepared. Cast Iron normally is but this is a beast. A great beast because we have used it numerous times for soups, casseroles, roasts, and it cooks beautifully. Everything comes out delicious and tender. I look for this pot to last a very long time.

7 Quart Artisan Dutch Oven

It's a very nice Dutch oven, very heavy with a lot of room. I bought it on clearance and is definitely worth every penny..The only downside it has a small imperfection on the side of lid where the finish came off..It isn't that noticable but worth the money non the less..Don't know if it was a return or floor model but my wife loves it anyway.. I highly recommend it if your looking for one..AA++

Cast iron crockpot

Just unboxed it, nice looking finish. Smooth texture on outside of pot and lid. Large enough to cook an entire meal . Heavy duty handles are a nice touch as it weights a good bit. Looking forward to using it soon . Very pleased so far

This Dutch Oven is perfect for stews and roasting chicken. We have used it multiple times since purchasing and it still looks new. I can’t believe the versatility of the pan and also the ease to clean up! And the price was a third of others.

Love my Cast iron Ombré Dutch Oven

I was looking for an oval cast iron Dutch oven to complete my set. I came across this one on Walmart online. The price was very reasonable. I ordered it and it was delivered in a few days. I wrapped it and put it under the tree to myself for Christmas. I love the ombré color and style of this pot. After opening Christmas gifts with my family my daughter, ordered her one. My Dutch oven gets used at least weekly. This meets all the expectations of a cast iron Dutch oven and is beautifully styled.

My less than 5 star rating is not due to any defect, it is due to a confusing online description. I was looking for a round Dutch oven that would fit on my stove element without overhanging edges. I chose this one because the shape listed in the product description was 'round' and the photo angle looks round as well. However, had I paid closer attention to the dimensions I would have seen that it is actually longer than it is wide - obviously oval. I'm keeping it because it's beautiful and I expect I'll get a good bicep workout taking it in and out of the oven! The color is listed as 'slate' but is a very pretty hombre' dark turquoise.
