I wanted to love this product so so much. I love all the products I’ve purchased from this brand and can not say enough good things about them. Unfortunately this product didn’t work for me. Not because the product is bad by any means but unfortunately the texture of this didn’t work well with the texture of my prescription topical acne medication (aczone). If it weren’t for my having to use that I’m sure I would have loved this product but unfortunately I had to return it. Other than that it smells great and the ingredients are amazing and I would recommend it to my friends.

Surge is one of my favorite Cosmedix products. I use it morning and night and not only do I notice a difference but other people compliment the plumpness of my skin - as it decreases lines. The results are noticeable.The formulation / ingredients right in and doesn’t leave a film or residue. I follow it with other serums or products. In the morning, I layer it under Skin Thirst for extra hydration.

This has completely changed my skin. I have combination skin and it works so well. It does not over dry nor over moisturize. It’s very light and feels refreshing when applied. My acne is starting to heal, scars are fading, my face seems brighter and fresh. Highly recommend! One bottle has also lasted me a few months so it’s worth the splurge. A little goes a long way.
I've searched far and wide for a HA that I like and doesn't feel sticky or oily or sits on top of my skin. I've found it in this product!! I took a star off because, like other high end products, the bottle isn't full and you go through it too quickly - which gets expensive!
I have an intense skincare routine but had never tried a hyaluronic Booster Serum before. I decided to try this one because I read a lot of great reviews for this brand. I am pleasantly surprised, this serum works great. I am only on day 5 of using it twice daily and it has already softened my laugh lines and elevens between my brows. It also makes my skin so soft and smooth. I'm so happy with the results.
I love this serum! Helps keep my skin super hydrated and improves overall texture. Of all the cosmedix serums I’ve tried, this is my favorite. One piece of feedback for cosmedix though - don’t use so much plastic and bubble wrap in your packaging. It’s unnecessary when products are already boxed up, especially for products already in plastic bottles. It’s not like a plastic bottle, inside a box, inside of another cardboard shipping box is fragile so I have no idea why there needs to be so much extra plastic involved. The consumer who cares about the naturalness of what they put on their skin is likely to also care about the environmental impact so please consider less single use plastic.
Surge has been a game changer for me. I was struggling with my skin and began using Surge and saw results pretty fast. My skins texture and appearance have improved, I’ve also had less breakouts since using it. I follow it with using BrillanCy and I think the combo works wonders. Surge is easy to apply and absorbs well, no sticky residue or anything. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
This is as good if not better than my favorite $300 hyaluronic serum. Now so this may be my new favorite! Instantly plumps skin and also seems to refresh. I use this with Vit C and follow with moisturizer and then oil on top if I still seem dry. The consistency is good it’s not too jelly and not sticky. This is such a pleasure to use I wish the bottle was a bit bigger. Also I absolutely love that there’s no noticeable fragrance whatsoever. Great product, definitely recommend!
The Cosmedix Surge Hyaluronic Acid Booster is the most hydrating serum I’ve ever used. It’s like a big drink of water for your face! It also smells so good. Definitely a favourite product in my skin care regime.
