Good product. With the hedge cutter on no potential safety issue as the distance between the blades is smaller than a little fingers. With the forward facing blades on care is needed as this presents a pottential safety issue with fingers of the none holding hand. ! We just use the hedge blade. Battery lasts a long time.

It is somewhat awkward to put attachments on but once you have knack it’s good.I have five different black and decker implements which help make my life easier as I am now in my mid 70s and manage still to maintain house and Garden which I couldn’t do without such handy tools .Nana

I bought this hoping to be able to do a lot with it but realised I also needed other attachments. I have now got a larger hedge trimmer and a small saw all using the 18V battery. I now feel I can manage my garden wonderfully with these four tools. So very pleased that this first purchase started me off.

Great little trimmers! With a good batory , goes for ages. Handled all the hedges and pitosporum as well. As long as you trim out thicker branches with hand trimmers first. ( more then 5mm diameter) - tho it may have handled them, but didn’t want to risk it.Still have quite a bit of trimming to do, but so far so good.
These hedge trimmer’s are so much easier and faster than using normal garden sheers. Does not hurt the hand and the battery power last for a fair time.
Bought as Christmas present so not sure yet of whether its good or not. But going on previous reviews and general use of B & D tools im hoping for the best.
I am very happy with these hedge clippers. I suffer from fibromyalgia and cutting the hedge is always a pain! Literally! I ordered these in the hope that they would make the job easier and less painful and they do! They are easy to use, light weight, and easy to clean and charge. A good buy, definitely recommend.
