I purchase the higher MGO for the times I have stomach issues, for use in smoothies, and when I feel a cold/flu/URI coming on. This Comvita allows me to still use Manuka honey on a daily basis. Highly recommend. Will purchase it again.
I LOVE this honey, well worth the money. I just wish the container was a big easier to get the honey out of. Because it's cold, the honey is solid, and the opening is small, so it's a bit tough to get honey out. Nonetheless, this honey is wonderful~
