I used this yesterday on celery it worked great. I had to adjust it some because the celery fell through to open of the shelves. I used paper towels that I cut.

The description on the website and the BOX itself states you can make jerky with this dehydrator. The user manual shows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about jerky. Plus I was told 3 different delivery dates and times. You need to proof read all that you sat about your products and try to be more precise of delivery dates and times.

Amazing product. First dehydrator and used it to make jalapeno peppers. I might need to buy me a much bigger one though. yes I recommend this product. 8/10
The size is perfect for me because I live alone so I didn't need anything bigger. I've used it twice and it works fine so far. I would have liked the temperature dial to be more detailed.
