I like the Halo XL fairway woods. They're consistent and forgiving, but with all the forgiveness it does come with a slight distance penalty. They won't go as long as some other fairway woods, but when you have a mishit with them you never know how long or where it's going. The Halo XL fairway woods the mishit is much less of an issue. You mishit this club and it will still give you a fairly consistent shot. Of course, if you hit it dead on and in the sweet spot it's going to do well but who does that routinely!?! (not me)

I use the 7 wood, a lot. I almost always hit the ball well with it, my go to club. The nine is great as well, I use it when others are hitting a 6/7/8 irons. When I'm 120ish yards from the green, it's deadly.

Had to replace a 7 yr old Callaway 5W which for one reason or the other, I was so frustrated with turfy shots. The larger head did give me confidence & the center-weighted Cleveland has elevated my long-fairway shots in more than one way!

I think , for me(senior casual player)Cleveland makes the best golf clubs. My first experience with Cleveland was purchasing a 56 degree wedge. I then replaced my higher irons with the HALO irons and now the 5 and 7 woods, love them all.
I changed from PXG clubs to the Srixon and Cleveland clubs. Best move I have made in years. I have already praised the clubs to friends and one has also purchased the 7 wood. Thanks again for great clubs.
I like the club and the short delivery time . However , after I removed all of the packaging and took a few practice swings without hitting anything . I noticed some nicks {flaws ? } on the edge of the clubs crown above the face . I read your return policy and thought you would not accept the club since I no longer had the original packaging . I tried to accept this in my mind but it really started to bother me that I paid good money for something that was blemished and not 100% .
Love the fairway metals, currently have the 3,5,7 and the 9 may be in my future. I also have the Launcher XL irons and CBX wedges. Added the XL2 launcher driver this year, made a small adjustment to the driver and a couple minor adjustment to my swing and now driving the ball straight. The roll out after hitting the fairway is pretty incredible on all of the woods. I'm really pleased with all of the Cleveland products in my bag. Handicap has been gradually heading South. You can't go wrong with Cleveland golf clubs!
The 2024 XL fairways are by far the best value in golf right now. I compared the 5 wood with the stock Tensei AV Blue 55g R flex side by side with every major manufacturers and the Cleveland out performed them all for me. It was longer and just as accurate and forgiving as any fairway out there. If you are not trying these when you go to buy a new fairway club you are likely literally throwing money out the window and missing out on one of, if not the, best fairway clubs available in 2024.
I could hit a four iron well off a tee, but inconsistently off the ground. The nine wood is substantially easier to hit, flies higher and lands softly. I wish they made an eleven, as it would be a great replacement for my five iron.
Cleveland didn't charge me enough for these fairway woods. So easy to launch. Solid. My misses are on the toe, wouldn't know it with these clubs. Beats the crap out of my stealth. Just try them, then you will buy them.
