The first impression is beautiful finish and the feeling of solidity the dish has.It holds the heat as you would exect of cast iron, it is just a pleasure to use, and cleans up easily as well.
I’m loving one pan meals so this is perfect - get a workout hefting it around the kitchen so it’s not for people without and arm muscles
