I absolutely recommend this unit for anyone's home. For the amount of space and workouts, I couldn't ask for a better home gym!
I’ve used this product in a show room and loved it, it has different accessories to use and target different muscle groups recommend to add to your gym or home gym !
I was looking for a functional trainer and I'm so happy I bought this one! I can't believe how smooth it is. I've used other products like this in the gym and this is much nicer.
I finally opted out of my gym membership and decided to start building my home gym. This last piece of the puzzle. I love that I can get a full body workout with this thing. Pull up bar is sturdy, as are the cables. The double stack has been really clutch for me. It's been 3 weeks and I'm already starting to see definition in my back and chest I haven't seen in years.
Even though it might look intimidating at first, believe me, it is the easiest thing to use! It’s so versatile and really targets every muscle. Love this thing!
Centr does it again. This is a cool machine. The cables are long enough so I can do lunges or boxing punches a little further from the machine, which is nice. Lots of versatility. I want a bench so I can do even more. The Centr app was cool too - there was lots of workouts in there. And some cute trainers to boot :)
This machine literally has it all! Pull up bar, easy to use, adjustable handles, multiple features, I can go on
