YUCK... I didn't expect it to taste great but ummm nah! i made per directions and extremely strong and chalky tasting, not very Hawaiian Punch like. I thought it was just me so i dumped some out added water, still the same taste. I diluted it a second time still didn't taste any better. I figured for the price even if I had to use less of the product to make it taste better I could finish the container and not waste the money but that was not the case for me. I wound up just throwing it away and had a weird aftertaste in my mouth for a little while. I can't say on the effects of the product because I couldn't even swallow it.

Decent Pre Workout Fuel

I purchased this to try as a pre-workout energy boost. The flavor is OK, but a little saltier than I prefer. However I do feel like I have more energy during my workouts. I have also noticed my run times are more consistent and my energy during the run stays consistent. It is a little pricey compared to other products I think. I did purchase this to try and redeemed a rebate for cash back. Definitely worth a try.

Great pre workout powder and no blue tongue

This has become my go to pre workout powder for awhile now. It's not an itchy ,pins and needles pre workout. I get a good boost of energy and the creatine is better than most in my opinion. I'm a 41 yr old female and most creatine causes bloat. Not this one at all. I can lift more and recommend this to women for sure. Added bonus is no blue teeth or tongue. Drink it down ice cold quickly and you're ready to go in 30min.

Skip the new formula. It does't even feel like C9 anymore

New product is not good. The old blue raspberry was the BEST. The new formula hardly tastes of blueberry at all and tastes more artificial and sugary. I don’t mind the drink being less blue, I’m guessing there’s less blue coloring used and that’s nice. However there’s hardly a hint of blueberry in the new flavor, it tastes nasty and I’m upset they degraded it so much. It’s a whole 360 from the old flavor. Was a core staple to my work outs, now I have to find a new pre-workout

good uplifter

I took every morning before exercise for a month. Immediately after taking it I would feel full of energy and I would dance on the way to the gym. It gave me more focus and willpower to workout. The effects arent super pronounced but I needed just a little push. However, after stopping I did notice a decrease in the motivation and my workouts were longer with longer breaks. I will use it again at some point but I would like to work out without extra stimulants.The taste was ok, like every other pre-workout. It dissolved easily and effects could be felt 10-15 minutes after taking it.
